A great place to start a holiday in Cairns. Have 2 adult-ish children, was close to airport and we arrived quite late

A cloths drier would have been helpful

Staff. Pool. Gr8 meals 2 mins walk to the cock and bull restaurant. With options of other places for food and drink.

Just that little bit outside of city centre. Didn't bother me. 20 minute walk.

The room was very clean, we had on site secured parking which was very easy access

The room definitely wasn't as advertised, it was a lot more old and the amenities weren't as described. Worst part was the taps were leaky! Lots of water waste!!

Convenient location and good value. Friendly and obliging staff.

Nothing to complain about, except for what get it is expensive.

Our 2 bedroom suite overlooked the road/hospital so it wasn't serene or romantic. Didn't bother me as my son and I were just just there for a night to be handy for the airport. Some other rooms overlook the garden/pool which would be nicer for a holiday or couples thing. Suite had good kitchen equipment/washing machine etc that we didn't use but would be great for longer stays. Handy for walks on the esplanade. Undercover off street parking was good.

Expensive for one night.. but it is a 2 bedroom well equipped suite so not outrageous. Had to prompt managers to get the gate code before we arrived.

The 2 bedroom app was clean and very well set out. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and not run down. ( some places we have stayed in the passed the bathrooms could of done with an upgrade). The location was close to the main boardwalk which meant we could walk to most places. The pool area was lovely. So impressed we will book with the reef gateway again

Great location, price was good, great value, Jo is super friendly and efficient, very pleasant to deal with. The property is older but well maintained and the room was spotless.

Nothing. Bed was a little firm for me, but the others in the group liked that.

A dishwasher and electric clothes dryer would be handy. When we checked in, one of the ladies in reception took my mums big suitcase off her to too it to our room which was so lovely as my mum is visibly unable to walk far.

Coffee plunger would be great

Close to everything. Can walk to a supermarket, Bottle shop and great eateries & attractions. Fully equipped with everything even olive oil & paper towels! Very comfortable. Thank you Jo.

New manager, wants to improve,update

Bathroom tap leaked, mildew on net curtains and lamp shade, sofa needs new cushions as hard as rocks
