The location of the property is quite good. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants, 15 minutes to a great shopping centre and a huge selection of restaurants.

Reception was open for 4 hours for the whole 7 days. I could not reach the managers dialing reception on the internal phone so I had to call the external line to be able to talk to the managers. The furniture is very dated, the armchairs and sofa are dirty, dining chairs and balcony chairs are rusty, the bedside tables in the main bedroom had barely any polish left on them, the carpet is torn, a lot of coat hangers are broken. In the second bedroom there was no bedside table at all only the two beds. No bedheads in either of the bedrooms, the beds were simply pushed to the wall. Every single fan was very dirty and when I mentioned it to the manager, I was told that they get cleaned every 6 months. No effort or offer was made to clean them. (The general attitude of the managers is reflected to their responses to negative reviews.) The catering pack consisted of enough washing powder for one wash of clothes, one use of the dishwasher, and one packet of dishwashing liquid, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for the week, towels were not changed at all, some of the crockery in the kitchen were chipped. None of this was mentioned on the website at the time of the booking. The place and service was very disappointing. We paid hotel prices for a 2.5-star rated accommodation – never again.

No air conditioning in the bedroom. Apartment is very hot. More dishwashing liquid, shampoo and body wash instead of soap is needed. Bedroom tv so tiny and no picture. We have stayed before in a front facing apartment.

Lots of room, many things provided

the location is fantastic. apartment has good facilities, pool was warm and well maintained. all the amenities in the apartment were clean and functioning. location is central to the beach, multiple cafes and corner stores, a 15 min walk to pacific fair and the casino and up to Surfers. The apartments are also self contained and felt very safe which is an important aspect especially if you are travelling alone or female

The whole unit is clean, cozy, comfortable, and complete with amenities. The balcony gives you a view of the sea from afar, and the surrounding neighbourhood, and some of the high-rise buildings nearby. I love how convenient it is that there is a free parking in the basement of the apartments. It's also close to Surfers Paradise, shopping centres, the beach, and restaurants. If you also feel like staying home and relax, there is foxtel cable tv you can watch, or read a book in the comfort of bed or the sofa or on the balcony. Great value for money!!! Will definitely come back!!!
