Too many maintenance issues. View of the sea from the room was restricted. Lifts not working . Not a great location for elderly people.

Room was dirty and filthy with a strange bad odour coming from the room, felt like a cheap 2* hotel, not worth the money.

All amenities including food & other facilities. Staff behavior was very kind. Even the Owner Mr Patra was very gentle
Breakfast should be complimentary. Yes they can add little amount in room rental in that case.

Restaurant for Breakfast was good. Location was also easily access able. Service for Lunch & Dinner of restaurant was not upto the mark. It needs lot of improvement. Moreover size of table in restaurant should be increased.

Bathroom door could not lock.
In the middle of afternoon when guests are resting, there was a loud music noise by corporate function. Could not sleep after early morning for Darshan.

Staff is very money oriented. They keep standing beside you till you tip them.

rooms are not clean, room had bed bugs, had to change room at 1:00 am at night as we couldn’t sleep.
Got bug bites so we only stayed one night instead of the 2 nights. staff refused to refund the money however allowed us to cancel the second night. rooms are not cheap. showed them begbites and bed bugs they still refused to refund the money.
