The staff was nice and the property was clean

The property doesn't exist at the location mentioned. When I called them after reaching the spot, they put me in some other hotel.

Value for money. If you want to stay away from crowded place and doesn't want to spend much money on stay and have a decent good room then it is best to stay in this hotel. Doesn't have any view. By the way I got it at Rs.1200/_ in the month of Jan.

There was nothing to share about what we liked as you didn't let us to stay there inspite of taking initial amount

The owners mentality ..He refused to give what we booked and tried to provide room in a nearby pathetic hotel full of suffocating ambient which we denied .It was a bad bad experience It means you may not get what you booked inspite of paying initial amount.That was pathetic

Room was good but facilities were not properly working. After intimation to staff it was not rectified & not taken seriously by staff.

Service was very poor. Staff working was not satisfactory. They were not bothering about guest.

There is nothing to like about this property. If there is an option to rate zero property, then I will rate as zero.

1- Location shown at time of booking doesn't meet with exact location. 2-There is no any beachfront as mentioned on booking.com website 3-No Wi-Fi facility available as mentioned on booking.com portal. 4- I need to wait for 30 min to confirm that I have a booking at reception because they were unaware of my booking. 5- Multicuisine Restaurant mentioned but they hardly provide anything and price are similar to 3 star restaurant price. 6- I requested for Mosquito replant but they didn't provided anything or any substitute for that. 7-TV is not working is any room (3 booking room) because they don't believe in recharge the DTH. 8- No toiletries being provided by Hotel. 9 - Road connectivity to this hotel are very poor that auto and cab driver will drop your 100 m before the property due road/street condition. No public transport is available nearby 500 m of hotel. 10-There is a lot of noise comes from outside in the hotel and feel lack of privacy in rooms due to toilet and room window poor design.

Hotel Manager. He is amazing and his behavior ...I have no words. Each an every complementary words is less for him.He is very gentle very polite and above all he is very helpful.

Location is good but unsafe after 6 p.m. Rooms are very dirty and no staff or room keeping services even after request.Food available in restaurant is bad and costlier than a five star hotel. Staffs are so unprofessional and manager is always in his private room rather than the reception.No facilities in bathroom . Even road side footpath is better the deluxe room
