The TV didnt work most of the time. The furniture was old and damaged, especially the coffee table The suitcase stand was very rusty Some of the crockery had been used and not washed. Ther was no bin in the kitchen The vacuuming was very poor The cleaning was very substandard.

Easy to find location close to accomodation. Friendly staff.

The beds were really bad. We are big travellers and have stayed in properties all over the world some with fabulous beds and some with not great beds, but I would have to say these were the worst ever. Plus Tv in lounge area not working properly.

Great pool access , great view . Able to make own meals there . Excellent location with convenient diggers bar restaurant just below complex . Convenience of fold out sofa bed

The dryer did not work ,or we were unable to make it go on , was annoying as we had a lot of wet clothes needing drying . One of the drawers where utensils were was grubby with food crumbs and what looked like cockroaches droppings . The waste drain on the outdoor balcony was blocked so water pooled there ,possibly from the aircon machine outside ,this made it messy when u wanted to walk inside to the carpeted area . One of the lights in the bathroom was out and was difficult to see trying to do makeup in the mirror bathroom One one knife in kitchen , could do with a salad bowl or two ,just small bowls

The location was perfect and the pool was amazing for my daughter.

The property could have been cleaner. The kitchen had crumbs on the counter tops and the floors hadn’t been cleaned. It didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay but it could definitely have been cleaned better.

Free underground parking was good. Diggers bistro was good, There was no room service and no dishwasher either.

The address on the instructions was incorrect and we needed to ask a Laundry business where we could pick up the keys. We had some issues with the magnetic keys on a weekend and Mantra refused to assist us as the host were closed. I would also say that for the price of the accommodation that cleaning should be included.
