Spa is quiet nice.
The room on the top is too low ...
Soundproofing is not so good. The neighbors made a lot of noise after 23pm. The hoster should make a notice to every client "keep quiet after 22pm".

An amazing place to stay, stunning views of the glacier. The lovely host was incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The venue is well stocked with 24/7 snacks / coffee etc. Highly recommend, a must stay.

I believe booking.com should not allow photoshop images as this place is completely different to what it looks like

The place is very pastoral.
Lovely breakfast.
Nice crew when they're there.
The room was a descrase. It wasn't even a room, it was a closet with a bed. I knew what i took but it's a shame they're even offering it.
No water pressure in the commute bathroom.
No room cleaning.
Poor wifi.
Very far from the city and no public transportation at night.
No place near to eat or to buy groceries. There are instructions to get to a very far restaurant but that's it.
Most of the time there's no one in there to talk to.

Cosy and warm place where you are happy to go back to after à good day out in the mountains. Confortable, very well maintained and cleaned, perfect breakfast (pastries, breads, pancakes, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, eggs, jam, yogurts, coffee / tea, oats, etc
Sight is amazing from the terrasse, perfect place for resting and enjoying a drink from the self service bar.
Team of argentinian staff where so kind, friendly and always caring, special thanks to them!
Property was very clean, garden well maintained.
Would definitely come back.
Nothing at all :-)

Everything about the whole experience was exceptional... it was that exceptional my man proposed to me here instead of further south where he originally planned. Amazing all round!

The room had a perfect view and was amazing. You just see the Mount Blanco. Room was small, but we only slept here. Bathroom was fine, with great shower. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. The garden around the house was also beautyful. The city center is only 10 minutes by car. Flexible with our arriving time.
Maybe a central refrigerator for travelers on their way. But furthermore it was a perfect place.

5 km out of Chamonix.
Poor sound isolation and no air conditioning.
30 days “free cancellation” is effectively non-refundable.
The self service approach means it’s difficult to get help with anything.
All rooms are tiny, but the attic we got cannot be considered as a room at all.

The chalet is located quite close to the mountains, and the view is astonishing: the dining room with panoramic windows and the terrace allow you to see two great glaciers and a lot of mountain peaks. The house is very cosy and decorated with taste and respect to details. The staff was really kind to us, all our desires were satisfied and questions answered. They also gave us free bus tickets which were really helpful! Also, dinner was enjoyable. And jacuzzi in the evening with a great view worth paying additional costs.
Breakfast was included, but we expected more. Croissants and other pastry are really good, but cheese and meat was not sufficient, especially when hiking or other activities are planned for the day. We had booked the room with a double bed, but in fact, it was a twin bed consisting of two single beds. In addition, we were only two, and already it was a bit stuffy because there was only a small window for the whole room and the roof was too close to the beds. The room is for 4 people, so consider this when choosing.

The staff was great and super friendly.
They have a sauna and a jacuzzi and we loved it!
The dinner is fantastic, amazing chef. The breakfast is okey.
We loved to stay at your chalet-thank you so much!
The breakfast could have had more variety and better bread. But it was okey.

The breakfast spread was pretty nice, I appreciated that it came included with the price, and kitchen area is well decorated. The bathroom was also clean and updated. Check in was super easy and contactless. Check out is also meant to be easy where you just leave key at door and go! I only spoke with the owner (I think) once to check out but I don’t think I had to.
The mattress is a little bumpy. You can hear wood creaking from the floors upstairs as well as people who walk past or stand several feet in front of the door (it’s a small chalet). There’s a giant spider in room 3 behind the door which looks like it’s been there for a while so cleanliness is a bit of an issue. The room is quite small so if you have quite a bit of luggage (we had two carryons and a suitcase), it will be difficult to put your things around. There was what I think was a heater behind the bed but we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, and with no staff around, couldn’t ask for help.
I didn’t see anywhere in the description or reservation notes that you actually have to clean out your garbage and your linens (duvet, pillowcase, etc) yourself before you check out, which I’ve never seen in a hotel. We crashed early from our day in Chamonix and missed the signs to clean up I guess, which I feel bad about but also I don’t know the history of this chalet, and why they require self-cleanups. I think if it’s clearly written in the description it would be better!
