The room were clean and staff were friendly! Location wise was perfect in the heart of KK!

Strategic location.

strategic because we aim the night market on the saturday night and the gaya street tamu on the sunday morning..

overall its worth for stay here...

In contrast the room had a lovely shower room. It was large, bright and modern. I left the door open so the bedroom didn't feel as claustrophobic. The hotel is placed in a perfect area and you can walk no problem to the malls or harbour area. You can sit outside in the 'square' where there are benches and watch the world go by. Plenty little shops and places to eat on the doorstep. I have to say the staff were lovely. Very welcoming, cheery and helpful.

Unfortunately the room had a terrible damp kind of smell. When l sat on the bed the first night l wasn't sure if it was actually mildly damp or if it was the humidity. This improved but the room still smelt awful. Although the room was an ok size and l'd chosen one with a window, it was so dark and claustrophobic. The window had a gap when closed and was extremely old and ill fitting. The decor totally out dated and gloomy.

All is perfect..nice room,clean,staff very friendly,loction is great,safely to stay 100% perffect.im suggest to family travler,couple,solo,and friends.this hotel is wonderfull.come and stay in this hotel..good value for money..
