Overall Everything was awesome the views from the balcony which was not mentioned on the description was so awesome. The facilities of the establishment are sensational. The restaurant and pool side was great as well as the location. The host communicated well with me through the phone and the check in process was smooth and fast.

Room service was bad. A lady just walked in my room very early in the morning and found me naked from the shower, she didn't bother looking away nor to walk away or atleast to give me some time to wear a mere towel. Instead she continued with the conversation. That was so unprofessional for a stunning apartment like that to have the kind of staff members. Curtains and couches were dirty and had stains as well. I also found used food and takeaway from other visitors in the cupboards. The room was stuffy as we entered on our first night. It's clear that the room service staff members are very bad. They better improve.

Absolutely nothing good about this apartment.

The worst place you can ever stay. Dirty, filthy and owner will care less. You will end up booking another hotel to sleep well.

The door could not lock from the inside lock is broken, bathrooms did not have any soap or shower gel atleast, bed did not even have a headboard, extra bedding in the wardrobe had huge stains.

Customer Service

I got to the apartment while it was still being serviced and actually realised they didn’t change sheets from the previous stay.

The room was not cleaned, service not good reception was not helpful they kept on telling us it's a private apartment.

The fridge was not working even after maintenance came through and some of my food got spoiled. The cloth covering the coach doesn't have a pleasant smell.

Everything. It was the worst stay ever. We even booked into another hotel for one night. There was yellow dirty pillows in the cupboard, there was no wifi and the host don't care. We phoned so many times and even sent messages with no reply. The aircon in the room also stinks when switched on. The couches had holes in and was brown of dirt.

Towels are old, Bed is old, rugged and the furniture not up to standard.
