The location cannot be better. On a quiet street one block from Casa Batllo and Passage Gracia. Lots of great restaurants nearby, close to metro. The place is VERY clean; we were surprised. There was one night when the upstair occupants made a lot of noise; we messaged the host and it stopped the next day. Overall, it is worth what we paid for and it contributed to us having a memorable week in Barcelona.

The check out procedure is unclear. (What we are supposed to clean etc.) I hope we don't get docked with a heavy cleaning bill.

the service mainly. the air conditioning didn’t work since the day we arrived. although I inform to the host in the morning, they didn’t do anything for a hole day and didn’t call or nothing. when I called it seem that they just don’t care. after I raise my voice, they sand someone but he didn’t fixed it. nobody called to see how we doing or to ask if we need something. the air conditioning can be broken but at least you should give good service

The code entries were easy, the lift was nice, except the electricity went out for an afternoon, and we had to walk up and down to the top floor. Keys were given until the electricity rebooted Good full size fridge, dishwasher, and other necessities in the kitchen Free water, champagne, coffee pods were great Like having washer and dryer and soap available Good closet space and bathroom size Host answered questions promptly on What's App Trusted doorman stored our luggage after check-out and kept some airpods that my daughter left in the room after check-out

Thin walls in master bedroom-heard child crying and washing machine before 7am. However, the host replied about it and we did not hear it again after the first time. Could hear workers or other tenants in the morning The sofa bed was not made up and so we had to do that after traveling, and it was after 9:30 pm when we arrived. It also had a broken hinge that scraped legs The bathroom door made a very loud noise when closed all the way No English instructions for washer and dryer, but the host replied about it. Shampoo and soap were nearly empty the first night, but they refilled it the next day Too many little pillows that had to be put on the chair

Great location, 3 minutes walk to Catalunya. a lot of tapas arround. View from the terrace is nice and we had everything we need in appartment. A bottle of wine is a nice touch.

There is not enough light in the living room. Since it is a downtown and windows overlook the street, you can hear the traffic from the street. if you get up early, you would be ok. Reserve sheets were dirty, so place could be cleaner a bit.

I have been using Booking.com for over 3yrs and never had this kind of issue. The apartment owners refused to give my deposit of €300 back for no real reason, despite saying they were in the process of giving it back at the beginning (I have the exchanges to prove it). They kept telling me for two weeks that they were going to the contact their 'Accounting Department' so that they can pay because apparently the apartment owners do not handle deposits. When I sent my 3rd message within 2 weeks asking for an update (Because they were not giving any), they suddenly claimed I apparently 'ruined' a table of theirs (a total lie) which also apparently costs almost €300 and did not send any evidence as well. Very rude, unprofessional and immoral. Point is, just expect to never see your deposit if you stay at these fraudsters' place.

This apartment was exceptional. The location was excellent, could not have chosen a better located apartment. It is located in the Eixample area which I was worried was a bit out of the action - I was so wrong. The apartment was literally around the corner from Casa Batllo, and after spending 3 days exploring Barcelona I would recommend anyone to stay in this apartment and visit this Gaudi House - so much more worthwhile than Park Guell - and literally right on your doorstep. It was also just around the corner from the red hop-on/off bus (both green and orange lines which intersect at Casa Batllo stop) so exploring the city could not be easier. The apartment is also just off the Rambla de Catalunya which is literally the extension of the famous Rambla - although much classier but still with plenty of places to eat. There are so many local cafes and food options just downstairs, beautiful shops all around, and access in and out of the apartment was so easy with keypad rather than key. It was the safest feeling area we visited in Barcelona and easily walkable to the markets on the Rambla where we visited many times both to eat and also to buy supplies to cook and eat in. The actual apartment was incredible - huge! Plenty of space both in bedrooms, living area, dining area, multiple decks to go outside and see the surrounding streets, and also a deck with table and chairs to sit and enjoy an amazing view of the back of the Casa Batllo! The apartment was very well appointed with washing machine and dryer, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and even a proper salon standard hair dryer. The building itself is beautiful with an ornate full size lift in the middle of the building that was more like a piece of artwork itself, plus free access to a great little gym on the next floor up. We could have stayed forever - well worth the investment to stay here, we would stay again without a doubt and will recommend to all our friends and family lucky enough to visit...

The washing machine we found a bit small but this just meant we needed to do more loads - the dryer was 7kg but the washer only 1-5kgs - which was a bit small for a large family. Small detail though when everything else was great.
