Fräscht och välstädat, god frukost, trevlig personal. Läget var också väldigt bra med promenadavstånd till det mesta.

Det enda som kan va ett minus är ljudvolymen på utsidan, det var inte tyst i många timmar.

Kiváló helyen, a város szívében található hotel. Az Aerobús nem messze tett le. Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Tisztaság, rendezettség fogadott minket. Napközben ingyenes kávé, tea fogyasztási lehetőség állt a rendelkezésünkre. Kérésünkre gluténmentes reggelivel készültek, az utolsó nap reggelén pedig a korai kijelentkezésünk miatt reggeli csomagot kaptunk, köszönjük!

I recently stayed at Acta BCN 40 during my visit to Barcelone, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. First and foremost, the reception staff at the hotel were unhelpful and unpleasant throughout my stay. Their luck of hospitality and customer service skills left much to be desired. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. It's disheartening to encounter such attitudes in the hospitality industry. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was inconvenient. Despite being described as popular, it was far from the vibrant Ramblas area, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Additionally, I felt unsafe in the surrounding neighborhood, as it lacked proper security measures. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration by the hotel management, as travelers, we rely on the hospitality industry to provide us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay at Acta bcn 40 Please note that this review is based solely on my personal experience, and others may have different experiences at the same hotel.

The ac is a bit loud when at the balcony.
