Spacious location and cleanliness

Very noisy at night in the bedrooms you can hear all the noises from outside. Could barely sleep

Posizione ottima, in centro, a pochi passi dai mezzi pubblici. Locali per la colazione e per la spesa sotto casa. Appartamento ampio

Appartamento al 4'piano (80 scalini ripidi) non segnalato nella prenotazione. Infissi molto vecchi che facevano passare le voci e gli schiamazzi dei passanti notturni. Colombi nel sottotetto che facevano confusione.

La struttura era pulita e la posizione ottima. L'appartamento spazioso e i letti comodi.

Le.foto degli appartamenti sono mischiate, quindi quelle relative all'appartamento prenotato non sono totalmente corrette. Nel nostro caso l'appartamento avrebbe dovuto avere la vista ma così non era. Dopo aver insistito ci hanno spostato al piano superiore, dove la vista corrispondeva ma non l'appartamento. L'appartamento è rumoroso, ma essendo in centro e sopra i negozi ne avevamo coscienza. Un altro inconveniente riguarda le porte, che non si chiudono dall' interno in automatico, se uno deve uscire di sera mentre gli altri vogliono stare in casa o li chiude dentro o per.rientrare deve svegliare qualcuno.

The staff was struggling from the moment we checked in, no English and problems whit their computer made our check in a hassle to say the least

Great location, beds were comfortable, hosts were friendly and helpful when needed. whole apartment was spotless, would recommend to any large group.

Only negative would be a lack of A/C, although we did know this when we booked.

The location is amazing, in the center of Barcelona, very close to the Rambla and the Boqueria market

Loved the property. Lots of beds and space for all of our guests. Loved being so close to the market. The staff were very accomodating. Clean apartment.

No aircon which was difficult during the hot days. Plenty of fans but none of us seemed to be able to cool down. Once the sun set the apartment cooled.

Great location, right in the centre of the Gothic Quarter, perfect for us. Fabulous old and eclectic building, nice furnishing and finishes, good air con and space throughout the apartment. Great storage and kitchen utensils. Helpful host who advised us of places to go.

The door to get in the building was difficult to open with our keys, it sometimes took us a while to get the knack of it! Some minor issues with the apartment, bathroom sink was leaking and there was no bowl to wash up in the kitchen sink (maybe not a Spanish thing) but not having a plug either was an issue. We didn't make a fuss as it was just short stay. It could get noisy on the street below in the evening (despite us being on the top floor) and it did wake me up but the location was excellent so couldn't really complain. It was an effort to get luggage to the top floor as there is no lift, you do have to be quite fit to manage I think, but again this is to be expected in an old building in this area.

The place is stunning. Very beautiful decorated with wide open spaces. I love it.

It doesn’t have a/c. Fans are ok but maybe a little warm for summer. Reception is not always there and make difficult to leave the luggage before check in and after check out.

Artistic apartment in the downtown center

Great central location. Large area for a big group in the 3 bedroom apartment.

No aircon, it was hotter in the apartment on the second floor than it was outside. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. Noise from the street and the markets in the early hours

The apartment location is just along the main area of Barcelona and the host was friendly with helpful suggestions on attractions and restaurants. Was indeed very pleasant gesture to put us up in a lower level apartment which was larger in size compared to our booking without any charges due to lack of lift in the historic building and the presence of a stroller for our young kids.

Lack of doors for the kitchen area and no air conditioning. Fans worked well but probably not sufficient in summer months even with windows open. The door of the bathroom could not be locked and the shower area had no anti slip mats, very slippery and a safety hazard. Zero toiletries, so plz bring yours!

Loved the layout of the apartment, it was perfect for us as it was me and my parents staying (3 adults). They had the double room which had a 4 poster bed, and I took the single room. It was nice to be able to make a cup of tea in the morning. Location is excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. Lots of nice restaurants and bars very close by. We also really liked the simple decor - very sensitively designed to keep some original features of the building (gorgeous shutters!)

The stairs as you approach reception are narrow and would be difficult to navigate if you have any kind of mobility problems. There's no sign outside so you need to know the address when you first arrive! It is fairly noisy at night, though we didn't mind as we appreciated that we were staying very centrally. The bathroom wasn't as nice as the rest of the apartment, the shower was small and old and had a curtain, and there was no shelf to put shampoo etc.

So clean, great space and staff were really lovely!

Hard to find, but once we found it, it was such a great location.

There was lots of space, comfy beds, amazing location, the apartment has everything you need for a group stay in Barcelona, it was clean and nicely decorated

The shower was nice and hot but I would say it needs updating as it was flimsy and often sprayed upwards out of nowhere!

the location was good and the flat was big enough

there was no washing machine or dishwasher the neighboors were very noisy there was water noise on the pipes during all the night until the morning like somebody was taking a shower during all the time from the night until the mornin, this was very anoying

The apartment was very nice with high ceilings and some luxurious decor. It couldn’t have been located any better. The staff were very accommodating. Our receptionist, Marcello, was a gentleman and provided us with some invaluable advice.

There wasn’t too many complaints.
