Safe and close to the metro. Good if you must have 2 bedrooms. I was traveling with my 2 teenage boys. initially my mom was supposed to join us, which is why I booked a 2-bedroom apartment rather than a hotel closer to the tourist center of town. The apartment is located conveniently between 2 Metro stations (Camp de l'Arpa and Clot.) there were plenty of cafes and it is less than a 4 minute walk to Camp de l’Arpa)

no customer service, this is truly a “fend for yourself” accommodation. While there was clear communication on how to pay the taxes and the deposit and how we would get delivery of the electronic key access (we needed to download an app ahead of time,) once we checked in and got key access there was NO communication from staff. I sent a message about access to the rooftop and laundry facilities in the building, but in the 5 days we were there I never received a reply. I sent a message via booking.com and was told to email. I sent 2 emails and never received any response to either of the emails. The apartment had a strong mold and sewer smell in the bathroom. we even bought our own air freshener and scented candles, but the smell still was quite strong and got into our clothes. We tried to have the windows open when we were there, but did not want them open during the day while we were out, or at night due to safety. There were signs that said there were laundry facilities, and the booking.com listing showed photos of rooftop views, but neither of our electronic keys worked for access to the roof or laundry. there was a nice and convenient laundry facility nearby, thankfully. There were also many fruit flies in the apartment. We tried to kill them, but they kept reappearing. We did not know the source. There are signs saying you can have cleaning service for 50’Euro, this was not made clear in the listing that there would be zero cleaning during our 5 day stay. There was also renovation happening in several other apartments.

A great location. plenty of space, clean, very comfortable and welcome pack on arrival . Close to local eating areas, shops and Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. close to a train snd buses .
