I loved the ambience. The staff were exceptionally courteous and ready to help. The facility is serene and it has a wonderful smell. I will surely visit again.

I enjoyed the staff courtesy and Professionalism. Also the neatness and serenity of the hotel. The hotel is cozy and there is a peace of mind that came with being inside.

The staff were courteous and very friendly. They were always willing to answer questions and render help whenever you asked for one. The breakfast was also good and the serene environment was good for me.

The environment is very serene and quiet. I also loved the demeanor of most staff members.
Mosquito traps should be placed at the garden. The number of mosquitoes located there made it impossible for us to sit there

there was the episode of mosquitoes in the room so they need to spray the room with insecticide as much as they can

Warm and helpful staff (Thanks Tunji). There was an issue with assigned room and room exchange was handled very efficiently. Ended up with a larger room with a spa bath & spa shower (too bad I didn’t know how to use spa shower)
Water in the shower took quite a while to warm up. Other than that, no other issues that were not solved immediately
