V nouzi budiž, ale na trávení dovolené vážně ne.

Čistota. Tiché prostředí.

Chatka vypadala z venku pěkně, ale vevnitř byly stěny polystyrenové. Jako zateplení je to fajn materiál, ale nevzhledné, propíchané, okolo tepelných spotřebičů zdeformované. Kdyby byl schován aspoň za surovými OSB deskami, bylo by to lepší. V chatce byl cítit neidentifikovatelný zápach. Po spuštění vody se aroma zhoršilo. Fotografie vnitřku této chatky nebyly uvedené. Očekávala jsem to, co jsem viděla nebo aspoň v podobné variantě, ale bohužel. Po chvilce jsme se sebrali a narychlo sehnali jiné ubytování.

Challenge spíše pro silné povahy, nedoporučuji.

Lokalita, nízká cena.

Za tu cenu jsem nečekal zázraky. Nicméně výsledek i tak předčil očekávání - bohužel v tom špatném. Nejbližší okolí "apartmánu" vypadá jako nějaká vyloučená lokalita, chatky, všude bordel, okolo podivně vyhlížející existence. Ubytování bylo v (nejspíš) zahradní chatce z Hornbachu (toto je legální?). Žádná tepelná ani hluková izolace, nic. V chatce zápach, po zemi se proháněli mravenci... Zaráží mě, že něco takového je na bookingu vůbec v nabídce. Což je škoda, protože lokalita je velmi dobrá, místo má potenciál, ale provedení je otřesné.

Un cauchemar

Logement insalubre, équipements électriques pas aux normes, sanitaires en "chantier" ... Le chalet mis à notre disposition n'était absolument pas conforme aux photos su rle site. Pas de parking sur place, la voiture doit être garée sur un parking situé à environ 8 minutes à pieds de la location. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver en urgence une chambre d'hôtel de l'autre côté de la ville car il nous était impossible de passer une nuit dans cet endroit.

Ubytování je vhodné pro otrlé stavební dělníky.

Ubytování bylo cca 300 m od zastávky tramvaje.

Ubytování bylo v dřevěném dvojdomku na velmi zanedbané zahradě, která připomínala spíše zařízení staveniště. Na pozemku se nacházelo více dřevěných domků. V domku vše vrzalo, skřípalo a bylo slyšet jakýkoliv pohyb ve druhé povolině dvojdomku. Spali jsme tam 4 dny a 2 dny ráno netekla voda, která zapáchala (asi byla ze studny). Postele byly tvrdé, nepohodlné. V domku bylo čisto, ale veškeré zařízení domku bylo značně opotřebované. Název ubytování "Retro Challenge and Garden" je vysloveně nepravdivý.

Super-minimalist lovely housing

There are two kinds of housing in this location: 1920's small houses and new wooden cottages. I was accommodated in one of the cottages. The equipment is amusingly spartan yet functional. There was all I needed and nothing more. The construction is super low-budget and minimalist, which I found inspirative to say the least.

A challenge worth living

The area Is lovely and Modrany Is really easy to reach public transports to and from Prague (in 5 minutes by foot you can get Bus, Train or Tram) The house has hot water and a Good fridge It's Small but confortable. It's really a challenging but fun experience to Life in 9 Square meters The area Is very quiet, you can relax a lot. The garden Is lovely. The owner was Easy to reach and contact in case of problems The kitchen was very well equipped with boilers, cooking stove, dishes, glasses, cooking pots and all the kitchenware needed. The wifi was also really good. The cushion and the blankets provided were perfect

I Don't have a lot of negatives, maybe there were a Little too many cobwebs and spiders, especially in the toilet and under the sink and the previous guest left the cooking stove very greasy and dirty. The bed was also a Little too hard for my tastes.

Low cost,no water& electricity

The price was good, close to tram. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything more.

We didn’t expect anything luxury, but there was NO ELECTRICITY and NO WATER at all (brushing teeth would have been nice, even if I can’t charge my phone). We stayed only one night (fortunately), so we do not know if it’s regular or a one-time thing, but our stay was really unpleasant due to this, and we would not like to test this accommodation again. We tried to ask the owner(?), when we went back to the accommodation around 10 pm on Saturday, but no reply. The bedsheets are very stinky. I understand that the price was good, but I wouldn’t have chosen this accommodation if I knew the total lack of water and electricity.

We really enjoyed living in a little house on a garden. Nice change in Prague. With the possibility to have a meal in the garden or just simply feel a bit in nature. The accommodation is simple, but all basics are there. The value for money is great. It was easy to find and the instructions were clear. As a biker, I would choose this stay also with the possibility to put a motorcycle behind a fence, but we travelled by car, parking was also not a problem. There are several shops nearby.

The garden house is wooden and have zero insulation. That is no problem in summer, but it got chillier towards the morning. Also, soundproofing is nothing extra, but unless you are extra sensitive, it would be ok.

Superb

Small but comfy garden house. Absolutely no need to meet any personnel, no paperwork, all needed information were recieved in the confirmation email. There was hot water all day and all night. Awesome room appliances included a room heater, tabletop cooker, micro-fridge. The huge plus was a roomy and large shower. ALSO on my way to the garden house i ripped my pants open and it was a nice surprise to find a sewing kit ❤️ AAAAND there were cute slipper shoes, cute little soapies and shampoo bottlets with clean and nicely smelling towels included.

a huge minus were paper-like walls that insulated no heat nor outside noises.
