Amazing staff, so helpful, at all times. Stunning view in a great location. Breakfast was tasty. Dinner was gorgeous and far less expensive than the restaurants by the Porto. We had a lovely room.

Didn’t realise the pool wouldn’t be available, and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Maintenance is well under way for a few weeks time.

The location of this hotel is perfect, you are close to the port and a walk away from all amenities. The staff are lovely, especially Phillip and the lovely girl at the reception desk, I can't remember her name unfortunately but she's so sweet and smiley. The view from our room was spectacular and we had a very large bedroom. The bathroom is really big, we loved the carpet on the floor it gives it that warm feeling. Breakfast was really good, they have a small menu which is perfect because it's a menu that is perfected well. They also have a little cafe area where you can order things throughout the day which was perfect because 1 day we had to work so being able to order room service was great. They have a lovely terrace area and throughout the hotel it is super super clean. They also gave us two massive chocolate cakes for our birthday which was just such a lovely and wonderful gesture, we couldn't finish them but was super grateful.

Sometimes the team seemed alittle bit tense. We understand the atmosphere they are trying to create but it just doesn't need to feel that tense. The shower leaks, so it just needs to be sealed up around the edges and they already seem to know about the leaking coffee machines. Which I believe if you know its leaking remove them from the rooms and add kettles to all the rooms instead. Which they did do for us. Was ashame that we weren't able to go onto the roof terrace, which we totally understand their season hasn't started yet but would have been nice to just see it.

It was really great, the reception gave us a lot of help, and the breakfast was very delicious.

The dry sauna room needed to pour water by yourself, seems a little bit inconvenient.

We liked everything about this property it’s a small boutique hotel with 9 rooms. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated and situated on its own stretch of beach. The dining and relaxing areas are welcoming and comfortable and all the staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. There is a fine display of drinks on offer and the food is excellent. We had breakfast in the hotel and the choices on the menu were varied and everything we had over the three days we stayed was delicious and perfectly cooked. The rooms are lovely and spacious with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The area around the hotel is beautiful with a wide range of nice bars restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is also only a 5min walk from Porto Montenegro. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, smelled nice and was well arranged. Small touches like branded items make a world of difference to give it a touch of class. The check-in process was smooth, the hotel also arranged transport from Podgorica to Tivat with the kindest of drivers. The restaurant was a wonderful experience every night. The service was awesome, the staff helped to recommend the best dishes and wine to pair. Everything was fresh, the pastries were soft and delightful. I mean I can tell you for free that it was back to back hits. Dining every night was exciting and you'd be pleasantly surprised by the consistency of the kitchen. The housekeeping staff were also very effective and kept the room well organized. Laundry took less than 24 hours and came well before the time I was promised.

The location is perfect — right on the coast, out of the window you can see the bay and mountains. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is kind and attentive.

The spa was a bit out of shape: the sauna was too cold and hammam was very loud.

Breakfast was great, good options and tasty food. The room was comfortable too.

The swimming pool was out of action and also there were no sunbeds available as they'd been sent to the warehouse for the low season - so given that it was 24 degrees it was a shame there was nowhere to lie and enjoy the sun. This may seem unimportant but given I'd chosen the hotel based on these things, it was a little disappointing!

Overall terrible stay. Expensive price which is not reflected in the quality of hotel. staff are awful, they chose to do laundry from 5am which was really loud right above our room. Told us they knew it was an issue but didn’t care. Guests are not a priority to them at all.
