Extremely smiling and friendly staff. We had some issues with the hot water and aircondition, but they were super fast and helpful to fix it. We also rented scooters from them, and they found suitable helmets for us, which we found important, safety first you know. Very close to mushroom beach, which was beautiful.

The staff was very helpful and wanted us to have a good vacation.

Nice pool

Missing some items from luggage. All replaceable but annoying that your things get rummaged through. Bathroom basin and mirror never cleaned.

Pool was clean and deep (shallow section for kids). No restriction on pool open or close, could swim when we wanted. Room clean, open air bathroom clean. We felt it was good value for money, located at the back of Lgood so close to good eateries, and lgood's coffee shop only a very short walk. People running the place were amiable and went out of their way to fix minor things we encountered, as is common with Balinese hospitality.

Poor lighting in room. tv not working but there was DVD (didn't seem to have antenna cable) . breakfast was basic, eggs toast marmalade and breakfast is only meal provided, no longer lunch and dinner options. no kettle in room. Basic accommodation for basic price. No

Excellent location, next to a really nice restaurant (LGGood) with live music every night. All the rooms face the pool and you can enjoy a drink on your own terrace overlooking the pool. Really friendly staff, simple breakfast.

The location was very central. yet the place was quiet at night. the wide set up of the bungalows we loved. The pool is nice. The breakfast simple but it is fine. coffee and eggs any style and some fruit on some days. some reviews write about the life music at night. we enjoyed this. it was nice ‘table’ music and it stopped between 22/23 at night.

Staff were nice and helpful, good location. 5 minute walk to Mushroom Beach and a 15 minute walk to Dream Beach. The pool was nice to sit around and warm.

So much value for the money! Nice hotel with cozy room and nice pool area. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They taught me how to ride a scooter and even helped me catch the boat to Sanur in last minute when I was in a hurry. The location is perfect near the beach and all the restaurants. I can really recommend it!

The outside area is just as described and shown on the photo's. It's really nice located with various villa's around the pool. The pool is lovely and great for both young and older kids. The rooms are spacious also. Super close to the beach (5 min walk).

The breakfast is simple. I would not book it. We went to L'good a open air restaurant just around the corner. They serve great food all day, starting from 7am. The bath room is not at nice as it looks on the pictures. But maybe that varies per villa. I guess we were not so lucky. L'good has live music every day. It's not super loud but I guess that if you are a light sleeper and like to go to bed early (think kids), you might want to think again. The music stops at 11PM sharp.

Property is excellent for the price you pay. Staff are absolutely amazing. They organised scooters for us on our arrival and ensured that we had everything we needed. Breakfast is light, toast and jam with option for cooked breakfast for a small cost. Pool is clean and comfortable loungers. Accommodation is in an excellent location.

Open air bathroom had a few mosquitoes. We ended up buying some mozzie coils from the supermarket and it fixed the problem.

The pool was lovely, clean, good size, and surrounded by a lovely garden.. the staff were fun, friendly and helpful. The location was very good, just a short 3 minute stroll to Mushroom Bay beach, with lots of fabulous restaurants..

very poor hot water, virtually none. the mosquito nets around the bed need to be changed, or at least washed. and the walls in the rooms and dining area need painting.... overall, the place needs a spruce up..

We really enjoyed our stay at Damara Lembongan. The place has perfect location. It is just some hundred meters away from Mushroom beach and Secret beach. It is also near a very good local Indonesian restaurant. The rooms were clean, quiet, and cozy. Every morning we could hear birds singing from outside. It was really special to us. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They offered us good rates for room and motorbike rental. Furthermore, they were willing to provide us with any necessary assistance. Nothing to compain!

GOOD LOCATION AND VERY ACCOMODATING STAFF

Room wasn't cleaned daily. Had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. Hot water didn't work properly and toilet kept getting jammed.

Everything was perfect. We even extended our stay.
