There are too many mosquitoes in the room.

Place is calm, clean and central.

Shower hose would need replacement. I love my classic ham n cheese for breakfast, I missed it.

Wi-Fi very good. Staff extremely nice and professional.

The staff was very friendly and helped out with every request. They showed genuine interest in the customers. The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. The optional breakfast was good.

There weren't many things not to like. The room for the breakfast was a bit too small on certain days but other than that everything was great.

The location in the heart of the capital is really making life easier to navigate to other places.

Great location to explore the city. The personal from reception was great and supportive in all that was requested, doing their best to reestablish the wi-fi and even calling for the YASSIR when asked.

The cleaning ladies searched the luggage and the coats without any reason while I was absent. From the coats, they stole some loose change. It was not the amount stolen but the feeling that someone has gone through your bags that is something unacceptable in a hotel. I reported it to the front desk and they informed me that they would follow the issue with the management. Unfortunately this as known to happen in some hotels in Algiers, tainting the reputation of a wonderful country and its inhabitants. Also, the wi-fi was very unstable prompting the reception personnel to come to my floor to try to adjust the router antennas. They did their best efforts but the wi-fi would go on and off often. Even when connected the wi-fi would be very very slow.
