Decent basic hotel Wi-Fi and acceptable breakfast buffet. Nice well kept gym.
Hotel located a bit far away from the centre. Room was not perfectly clean and furnished with all items (I had to call the receptionist). It’s difficult to pay by card, Visa and Mastercard circuits are accepted but machines are never working.

The Hotel is Nice and feels luxurious and has an Amazing Food plus nice and polite staff
The Bed was uncomfortable and the bathtub cap had cracked and broken an edge. The Heater wasn't working

long delay in check-in, my confirmed booking was well precised with one king bed but they gave me another room with twin bed.

The food was good and waiters in restaurant were friendly
The hotel is nice and clean
The lady at the reception was helpful and friendly
The 2 guys/men at the reception are extremely slow. Any request is a struggle. We waited 1h to check in and 7 hours to get the kids’ beds while they knew our request upon booking. They just seem to be confused all the time
They didn’t want us to have 2 kids’ beds in the same room while there was plenty of space.
