Cozy and comfortable studio, has all you need. Small and functional kitchen. The studio is 1 min from the metro. Located in a quiet area with restaurants, bar, bakery.

Even though I have agreed to meet to receive the keys at a certain time, the person who gave me the keys was 15 minutes late

What I did not like about the property is that it has not air conditioning. When it is hot, it is really hot and it is difficult to sleep. There was a very small fan in the room.

A very well appointed small appartment in Paris on Boulevard Raspail, lined with trees with birds in the trees. Extremely well situtated in Paris that allowed us to walk everywhere, nearby metro stations were also very handy. Many bars and restaurants close by made for a successful week in Paris.

A shade in the kitchen would have kept the sun and heat away. An explanation on how to use the oven would have been helpful.

The place it is in a really central and well served area of Paris. The apartment it's very close to different lines and with a 10 minutes walk you can easily arrive to the Luxembourg Garden. It is placed near three different supermarkets, patisseries and restaurants. The pictures don't catch the beauty of the apartment itself. The place it's really modern and clean. The kitchen it's very well furnished and there are a coffee machine, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bath has a shower and also a tub. There is also a washing machine with am iron for longer stays. The apartment also comes with all the possible cleaning tools to clean up during the stay. We loved the place so much that we preferred to stay in during the night to enjoy some wine and pastries while watching some movies.

The location of this apartment is brilliant. It is literally 2 mins from the nearest metro. The two lines take you directly to most of the tourist spots. The place was well appointed and very comfortable and not being a hotel it meant that there was more flexibility to eat, drink and rest whenever you wanted. There are lots of great restaurants at the Montparenasse Bienvenue station area which is only two stops from the apartment. An M&S at the station and an Auchan nearby allow you to purchase that nice bottle of wine to enjoy once back at base. Highly recommended.

Very picky - there was no tea towel provided to dry up the few pots (wine glasses) we used and the bath towels were a bit small.
