Roomservice very slow Distance from haram is far away, last year there where busses this time no busses even worse

Fast and easy check-in; Very welcoming staff; Location was OK, a bit of a walk to Haram but they provide buggy services; Food was sumptuous; Staff at the restaurant was very helpful; Fast and without hassle check-out; One of the rare hotels that provides smoking area.

Excellent location from Al Haram. Staff are super friendly. Special thanks to Al Hanoof and Mardia from the reception team and the bell Captain Abdel Hamid. Incredibly helpful and attentive of the details.

المكان بعيد عن الحرم والبوفيه عادي أصناف عاديه وطاقم الاداره يتصل قبل موعد الخروج بساعات لإخبارك ممايساعد بالحرج ويسبب الازعاج

المكان بعيد والفندق ليس استثنائي ولاانصح بالحجز فيه

It’s very nicely built property, comfortable beds and furniture and size of rooms are very good

They should have carts service from hotel to Haram for ladies and children. Male guests can walk for 8-10 minutes to access Haram easily.

Size of room, however not worth the price.

The room carpets were really dirty. WiFi was terrible, when asked staff, they did not help and mentioned it only works well for social media not the actual internet. There was no prayer room/ dedicated lounge. Although, they share the same building with Address Hotel access to their prayer room was also denied by (rude) security. Whenever we required help or had questions for staff they were very unwilling to help and would provide minimal/ no answers. For the ridiculous amount paid the experience was no where near enough worth it. Food was also ridiculously expensive.
