- Close to the city center - Parking provided - Washing machine in the apartment - The host was living nearby and answering quickly

- Dirty and insufficient textile - No liquid soap, toilet paper, and basic supplies - Description and booking images don't match - Not enough chairs, cushions and blankets. We asked for more but wasn't provided - only one slippers were in the apartment - Stains on couch and textiles - Host doesn't speak English - The refrigerator and AC works very poorly We arrived after 18 hrs of driving, with family and baby on board, so we had no choice but to receive the apartment in its state, and had to buy all basic stuff ourselves since almost nothing was available in the apartment. Next day we raised our dissatisfaction with the host but he replied very rudely and told us to find another place if we are not happy. Overall, not recommended and not the greatest experience for a family.

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at this place, which is located in center of Yerevan. The apartment is cosy and nice. The host was really helpful and provided us with everything required. Highly recommended!

The apartment was 15 minutes from the city center and everyone could easily walk all the way to the center. It was valuable than the money we paid and the landlord was very great guy and so helpful. I appreciate him a lot for letting us use the parking space.

The cleaning lady gave us a key immediately upon arrival. There is a nice green terrace with shade and a fireplace. The host Gevork was very nice and ready to help. He offered his garage as parking ourside is tough. He also brought us everything we needed or found missing. The apartment is clean and has all basic equipment (ours did not have a microwave or oven and was also lacking an iron). Located not far from the centre but on a quet street. Our bedroom faced the yard. Use pedestrian staircases right next to the house to cut your way to Charents street. Washing machine and a standing dryer on a balcony is very convenient.

The address on Booking.com (Aygestan 11 street Home 175/5) must be udpated: the street was renamed and the right address is Gevork Jaukyan 175 (Геворк Джаукян 175). Google maps does not know it, but Yandex maps does. Make sure you give it to the taxi drivers. Also, if you look for Holiday Home on Aygestan 11 on google maps, you will find a location between hotel Metropol and Noy factory. This is very misleading - it is not the same Holiday Home. Kitchen utensils were hardly sufficient for 3 persons. Ask Gevork to bring what you need. There is no dining table, only a small one next to the sofa. The gas stove has only one plate.

It was clean and almost comfortable inside. The owner is very kind and always is ready to help. The location is perfect: to far from center to be quite, but to close to get there by feet.

There wasn’t normal exhaust in the bathroom and in the kitchen. In the bathroom, it's just a small window into the space between the walls, and in the kitchen, a small hole in the wall that does not draw in. However while cooking, it surprisingly did not interfere. The room is fairly easy to ventilate.

The place is small and cozy, was ready once we reached it, and we enjoyed our stay, george and armenians are having so much hospitality and as a value for price, this place is amazing.

The host was very hospitable and funny. The location is excellent, like 15 minutes walking to the center, moreover if you go to the opposite way from the house (opposite way to the center) you will need to climb a bit up the hill, and you will see Ararat mount with all its beauty. the room was clean and cozy, with all the facilities included. there is also a nice backyard at the place, where we sit at night and talked with other guests from all over the world.
