- Das Haus ist ein typischer, in die Jahre gekommener Wohnklotz - Die Tiefgarage ist sehr, sehr, sehr eng. Also mit einem SUV wirds schwer bis unmöglich. (Mit einem Golf ging es gerade noch) - Die Beschreibung der Lage der Tiefgarage war (für mich) missverständlich. Ich hatte es so verstanden, dass die Garage auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite läge. Aber das war falsch. Da sie mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar ist, ist es klar, dass sie sich in der gleichen Wohnanlage befinden muss. - Nachts ist die Straße schon deutlich hörbar. Mit geschlossenem Fenster i.O. aber im Sommer, bin ich mir da nicht so sicher.

The apartment was spacious and had all amenities, except for AC (an electric fan was in the unit). The location, very near to all sites, was terrific!

The first day, there was no hot water, but that was corrected in a timely manner.

Everything was perfect. We loved the apartment. Just in the Center, with parking place and with everything you need in the house.

The location was excellent only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful town centre, secure parking, attentive host and the property was clean and comfortable.

This was an appartment and the keys were in a key safe we were given the code to the main door and the code for the key safe before we arrived . all went smoothly. The appartment was comfortable and had every faciliy. It was in a great location close to the historic center. The added bonus was the free underground parking. We did not see the owners but they did message us to make sure all was ok. I would recommend it .

As first impression the building in which the property is located looks old & disappointing from the outside, but when you enter the appartment & stay there, YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Clean modern apartment in an excellent location. The hosts were concerned about our well-being during the heatwave. Although the apartment does not have air-conitioning, the little fan in the bedroom provided some relief from the heat.

A second fan in the living room and more kitchen utensils (plates and silverware) would improve the dwelling’s overall quality.
