Staff was Friendly

The location. It is with In some society, very narrow streets better not take your car there.. also the property looked like it was not a hotel but some Lodge. Not clean. Rooms were spacious but not good , they had this weird smell.. to sum up it's not what shown in the pictures so don't go on those.

Swimming pool and hot shower in bathroom

Not clean, breakfast not good not much option. Remove old photos and upload property new photos so visitors can come to know. Don't remember the manager's name he is useless and doesn't know how to talk with guests .

Nothing to be honest.

Everything. -The electricity kept going off throughout the day and night. The electricity went off atleast 12-15 times minimum in a day. -The AC didn’t give cooling at all. -There were Ants coming through the door into the toilet -Even after paying for one of the most expensive rooms, The room wasn’t as beautiful as shown in the pictures, very dull -The television didn’t have any English/Hindi movies or channels and only had south movies. -We being two girls, My brother came to drop me to the hotel late in the night and the staff made a fuss about letting my brother drop us till our room -Not very friendly staff -Rooms are average -The location is through dark and shady lanes and unsafe for girls at night -When requested one of the staff members if he could drop us until the main road as there were some drunk men outside, the staff refused -They made us pay the full amount before we checked in, hence we couldn’t change our hotel as well. -Overall experience wasn’t good.

room was quite spacious and air con worked well

staff incredibly rude. had someone banging on our door 10 minutes before alloted check out time trying to get us out the room. we informed him we had 10 minutes and would be out at the time we agreed. he returned 3 minutes later, banging on the door again. we opened it, told him to not worry, we will be out at the time agreed. TWO MINUTES LATER, he was banging on the door again and made his way into the room. incredibly rude, completely unjustified and unnecessary. I would definitely not stay here again.

The room was clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything we asked for.

Breakfast options could be better.

Room was big enough. But decoration and ambient is old.

Only 1 bathroom for 5 members. Needed at least 2.

Amazing place amazing people. I stayed there with my friends..I must say everything was amazing.. Staff were very supportive..Swimming pool area is very nice.
