Quiet and decent privacy. Conveniently located to the northern Phoenix area (including the Reach 11 Sports Complex). A good amount of space inside. Responses from the property manager were prompt. Decor, linens, and fixtures are "nice".

Communication was convoluted at best. You have to sign an agreement, and provide names of guests (which they asked for more than once). Check-in instructions were provided piecemeal over a series of messages. I highly recommend the booking.com app to keep track of everything. If you're staying for longer, I imagine this initial annoyance will fade more than it did for our shorter stay. We extended our stay by a day after the initial booking, responding to an offer made to us by the property manager, and this seemed to cause massive communication issues. We were asked repeatedly when we were leaving, despite providing that information several times. We had the door code changed on us and cleaners walk in on us. I imagine if your booking is more standard, you won't have these issues. There was no hot water in the master/en suite bathroom. One of the bed was extremely firm.

We spent over an hour attempting to gain entry to the gated community, locating the assigned parking space and entering the apartment due to incorrect information being provided multiple times. Additionally, the wi-fi codes provided (two different ones) never worked (I called and was told I would be contacted back, but never heard anything) and the temperature was preset which resulted in having to wear a coat to keep warm in the low temperature apartment. Lastly, I am still pending receipt of the promised security deposit payment. even after reaching out multiple times to address the issue.
