Everything from the location to the staff was 1st class.

They could do with better WiFi.

Great quiet location. Good value for money.

Wasn’t very impressed with the cleanliness. The property was a little tired. I believe it could benefit abit of TLC. A few things were broken but they were soon rectified when reported.

Fantastic apartment perfectly situated for us. We had a great pool view, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment roomy. 10/15 min walk down the hill to the main bars and restaurants but literally over the road from here is a nice bar, two supermarkets and a small complex with more bars and restaurants. The Indian restaurant is fantastic with huge portions. A special thankyou to the amazing Laura on reception who is so friendly and helpful. We would love to return here to stay again.

The shower tray needs a non slip mat as it slope’s too much to the drain we had to put a towel in it to stop ourselves from slipping. In my opinion it was quite dangerous and someone could have a nasty accident

Great modern apartment with balcony directly overlooking the large size swimming pool. Had everything we needed, even a washing machine, iron, ironing board which was an added bonus which allowed us to travel light. The pool area was extremely quiet, in fact we pretty much had the pool to ourselves (stayed 1st week of October). This part of the complex seemed to be mainly residents rather than tourists which was quite nice as you didn't have to wake up super early to reserve sunbeds etc. Location wise it was a 10-15 minute walk down hill to the main restaurants and beach area (we got a taxi back for less then 3 euros). A handy supermarket and small commercial centre was only 2 mins walk, plus a great Pub called Zanzibar literally across the road. Overall had a great time and would stay here again.

15 mins up hill walk back from resort centre, if not a great walker you can get a cab back for less then 3 euros

This is an Apartment only (not a hotel) on a complex 10 mins walk to centre and 15 to beach. There is a bar called zanzibar opposite the reception which is good, superdino and various restaurants also a few mins away. The room we stayed in had recently been refurbished so was modern and clean The zanzibar and reception staff were very welcoming The area was generally quiet. Close to all amenities, airport 10 mins away Would definitely return again!

welcoming and friendly lady on the reception ( apologise dont remember her name but she spoke a good english :) ) location it was very close to the airport and close the centre of the Caleta facilities in the apartment - if you want to you could cook yourself a balcony was great we had a breakfast there every morning Overall we had a fantastic time and will recommend the place to our friends. it was clean , had good facilities , washing machine nice bathroom and shower , comfy sofa.There was a few English channels on tv . lovely and quiet nice pool bar

Balcony got the sun most of the day, rainfall shower, free safe, apartment was generally good throughout all issues listed below bar the fridge were due to poor management

Wasn't informed where to pick up keys as I arrived after reception closed, wasn't informed locally about wifi, no maid service entire week, ridiculously early check out (10am) first time in years I haven't been able to pay for a later checking out srevice, fridge needs replacing, noisy with broken shelves, confusion over payment, booking.com site indicated payment taken in 7 days prior to check in, resort insisting no payment had been made, waiting on credit card statement to confirm outcome, nice apartment badly managed.

Location overlooking the pool was excellent. Very easy to walk to the beach. The size of the accommodation was good. Furniture was in a good condition. Being able to walk to a supermarket and restaurants was excellent. The pool bar was good. Overall very pleased with our choice.

Attention to detail on the cleaning of the bathroom could be vastly improved but everywhere else was good. Mattress protectors would of been nice too.

For the price it’s 10/10. Bedroom is the size of a hotel room- so the kitchen and sofa is a bonus. It’s in the best spot around the pool. Lovely view to eat breakfast and had the sun all afternoon. Nice to arrive and have cava, milk and water in the fridge. Very thoughtful. Close to some exceptional restaurants- Nestors steakhouse, Bollywood Indian and Min 7 Chinese. Great sports bar over the road (Zanzibar). It’s about 15 min walk down hill to the beach and town. A few mins to two supermarkets. The photos on booking.com are very accurate of the property- so no surprises.

Good position on the site and recently refurbished. Quiet site with large pool and sunbathing area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to restaurants/bars and local supermarket.

Very basic self catering facilities and equipment. Bedroom could do with some drawers. Sunbeds could do with updating.

Had trouble collecting keys had email confirming we had a late checkout but was asked to leave by reception at 10 even though we confirmed a later check out time between 17.00and 18.00
