Quite and bed was good
Time checking in they move between building
Access card for the rooms was not working for 2 days
I have breakfast and dinner but they ask you cross the street and walk 10 minutes for other side buildings to have breakfast or dinner
Also shower very bad was mix cold and hot and not working well

الفندق مكون من مبنيين بينهم شارع كامل ومافي اي تجهيز لكدا مثلا خط مشاه فقط جزئية ممهدة عالرصيف وطبعا الفطور في جهة والقاعة الا فيها ورشة العمل في جهة الصراحة انا زرته للمره الثانية فقط لان الورشة تقلم فيه ومكون من دورين والاضاءة ضعيفة في الغرفة والفطور مره مو قد كدا

I asked two times for getting the invoice sent by email, nothing happens.
Breakfast was nothing special compared to the price, same with the room price.

I liked the hotel location, parking, green areas, room service, and notes inside the room like cleaning messages with housekeeping signatures and instructions to save the environment by reusing towels. Everything was provided with enough quantity like tissues, water, and Toilet stuff.
There was no one answer from reception when I called many times.
There was a little nosy sound coming from the AC.
There was some noise coming from the area construction near to the Hotel.

Location was very nice , and as always HolidayInn is trusted Brand.

I booked king Bed I got twins bed and it need couples of days to change to the booked one.
the smart key machine not fixed and each time I was requesting them to bring the master key to access my room. Some staff are showing tough mood. The maintenance were running on the roof with noisy sound.

Comfort, Location and services. Room cleaning team did an exceptional job every day and was relaxing to return to my room after a day's work - thank you
Had to call the chef one morning to attend to the egg station. Would appreciate some of the small milk capsules for the in room coffee, the creamer is not nice at all.
