The hotel staff, except for the sea area, is very polite and helpful
A large number of pools in all areas of the hotel, so you don't feel crowded
I think a 5 star hotel cannot expel hotel guests from the hotel's private beach. We came on a family vacation with our 2 children, most of the time we were in the pool. We planned to be in the beach area for only an hour, we were told that in order to use the beach services we are obliged to rent sunbeds and if we do not have to stay in the beach area outside the hotel area beyond the playing field. We were very disappointed and in my opinion quite shameful. I would like to note that the beach staff was very decisive and adamant on the matter
