Hotel Room is nice and with lot of style and the location is a good starting point for some other activity.

The quality of the dinner and the possibel option if you wish to have vegi or normal was not provided. Breakfast quality means the foodquality is not 4 Star level. No homemade confiture, no fresh orange juice just convinient, the egg was pre cocked and not possibel to order by your wish. For the price level of the hotel in comparison with other hotels it is to low.

This place is exactly what you are expecting in an Austrian Wellness hotel. Let's start with our very big room! It had a balcony, a comfy bed, bath and powerful shower. The toilet was separate! They will renovate this month, and we understand why, but even though the place may seem a bit outdated, for us it added to the mountain charm. The food was EXCELLENT. We had half board, and every night had 3 choices meat, fish, and a vegetarian. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits and meats, and eggs. The hotel is on a hill so you have a beautiful view of the valley. The Spa is first class, spotless and spacious. The pool area is chic, with ambient music paying softly, with a great view as well. My Husband I got massages and which were terrific. Highly recommend. The whole staff was kind and welcoming. Especially the wait staff. Excellent service all around. Thank you Platzlhof! Worth the drive!

we only stay in Hotels with rating of 9 or more. This Hotel ticks all the boxes as being one of the very best Hotel we have stayed in. Superb room - very modern with lots of beautiful old wood. Food exceptional, staff superb, spa facilities excellent

Hotel exceeded our expectation. Breakfast and dinner are so delicious. Facilities are excelent especially the sauna and outside pool. We were lucky yo stay there on a hot day and spent time on the sunbeds by the pool. Room was very spavious and cosy with very good facilities.
