Loved almost everything. From the thermal suite experience to the room with a view and dining.

Having to walk thru reception in my gown. I also noticed my sink had a leak and some of the toilets in the spa are needed some repairs

The property is fantastic. The staff and facilities are both excellent. The food was exceptional. Will definitely be back again.

Breakfast was a little unsettling as the hostess seemed to be upset that we'd seated ourselves and consequently made a point of ignoring us for some time. Her colleague was lovely and restored our faith in what was an otherwise very welcoming and enthusiastic team.

Really big comfy bed, fab views, lovely breakfast and staff were all so friendly, which is rare to see these days. Outdoor hottubs were great but maybe have a time limit or booking time as we waited a long time to get into one.

The spa is quite expensive, some midweek specials or special offers would be great for those on a budget.

The room view. Also they remembered it was my partner's 60th and a welcoming plate of treats in our room plus a celebratory dessert for dinner on one of the nights. A very nice touch. Cleaning staff also very helpful

Staff poorly trained. Very little engagement. Very poor service for breakfast. Cups not clean. Order not correct. No follow up on request for more toast and clean cup. Finally error on bill with an additional €288 taken out of my account raising question around data protection

lovely two night break away. Wasnt sure what to expect but it was so nice not being in a huge hotel . The staff were exceptional ! in all areas of the hotel they were so friendly and we even said the way they talk to eachother was a breath of fresh air compared to other places we have stayed, Breda in the spa was so lovely along with everyone else from reception to the bar and restaurant. we booked the outdoor baths on day one and it was such a lovely experience. the massages were also brilliant (Thanks Sarah) the food in the restaurant was lovely and had a lovely dinner in the bar too. thanks again will definitely be back. our roo

A bit more information on where everything is but we figured it out quite quickly! a fridge in the room , maybe a few more options for breakfast but cant fault anything at all !

Bed was very comfortable. Some staff in restaurant were lovely . Receptionist was very pleasant.

Dinner plates were cold. Hake was served on a bed of tasteless pastaThis was for evening dinner. Main waitress at our table was lovely. Overall atmosphere poor. My breakfast omelette was dry and tasteless. Full Irish was good. Toast was scarce. Parking at owners risk on Main Street worrying .
