The hotel is very nice: the beds were comfy, there is air conditioning, and it is right next to the beach, but not in the super busy touristic part (5 mins walk). The cleaning was great, the staff is also great. The hotel has parking nearby that costs 15 euros per night.
Our room was tiny, it wasn't a great discomfort, but if it would be bigger and that would be better. however, we knew what we booked. So, pay attention when booking.

Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Excellent breakfasts.
Our lovely sea view room, with balcony, looked out on roadworks directly opposite to the hotel! Rather spoilt the view and was very noisy at times.
Bathroom was VERY small although very clean and functional.
TV was far too small for the room.
We could here a lot of noise from other rooms i.e. dog barking and baby crying.

The staff was really friendly, the room was clean and had a wonderful view on the sea. Pre-booking a parking lot is highly recommended.

Location OK for one night
There is no lift and no rooms on the grounf floor despite my asking for a ground floor room or a lift as my husband can't ùmanage stairs well. We were in a room on the seond floor.

Capacity of restaurant is not for all guests. You need reservation in advance. Difficult parking even in February.

the facade and the sea
the place needs an update,noisy walls and ceiling as thick as cardboard,the most uncomfortable bed ever!!..leaving this ‘hotel’ tired and in pain from the WORST sleep EVER!!..DONT stay here!!..better you sleep in your car or the nearest park bench than in this ‘hotel’

Beautiful 19th century villa overlooking the beach across a very quiet street.

Excellent room with a lovely little balcony and great sea view. Good desk and chairs together with other nice furniture touches. The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly cleaning staff. Nice little lounge and bar. Very good breakfast and the restaurant dinner we had one evening was high quality (although the main course quantity was smaller than average for some reason).
The bathroom was ok but shower on the small side. Ridiculously gloomy bathroom light - such a small thing but why on earth do they not brighten it up with a bigger bulb?
The room would be even better with just a picture a two on the large empty walls.

The Villa is very nice! Well- maintained, and clean. Located on what anybody can wish for,,,,fronting the beautiful beach of Alassio.
Only during breakfast starts the morning negativity! There is no warmth greetings from this serving woman instead always a lukewarm capuccino was been served to us.Luckily, on our last day of stay , we ' ve got a real hot capuccino from the other waiter.
