the room size and lighting was very nice and relaxing. the water pressure was a bit low which was OK. the staff were friendly and helping. The best was great

The mini bar has alot of different options.

There was alot of mold in the shower/bathroom. Our room smelt like rotten milk.

This motel was super clean and the staff were very friendly

There was nothing i didn't like. The motel had a restaurant downstairs so didn't have to go out after dark.

I liked that when I complained about the state of the accommodation I was refunded the full amount.

Stains on the couch, a/c that didn't work, plumbing that was installed wrong didn't work, also they had installed water saver shower head, the room smelt, it was dirty, dusty, and the bathroom had dirty tiles and drains, and the room I paid for didn't match what I got, the pool was advertised as set at 30°C but it was freezing and unusable. Appalling

Close proximity to everything.

No wifi. Was bounced around 2 staff on the phone who couldn't seem to understand that no matter how many times I entered the wiifi password and connected, there was still no internet! The phone in the room requires internet to be connected too. Although they also didn't seem to understand that. Then was told bluntly to wait till morning. Hopeless.

The property has not been looked after - finishes are generally worn out- curtains, carpets, blinds etc need immediate replacing.

The aircon didn’t work and shower had little to no pressure. Not worth $300. Staff were friendly though

very overdue for a renovation - lighting did not work in bathroom and in general lighting was poor Blinds were broken very outdated

the room was large with everything we needed. the pool was next to us and we used it regularly. loved the big soft chairs in the room.

the bed was very hard. we both had sore backs by the time we left.

Good size room area, staff friendly enough, good restaurant below, nice feel and good spot/view.

No room service, no mini bar, bed a bit hard, balcony a bit worn looking and the bathroom was tight.

Great location. Close to Rymill Park and the East End. Nice rooms and good staff. Staff were very helpful when I rang regarding parking arrangements. This was a return stay so really like this property.

Good location and affordable

Bathroom had a funny smell and the light switches were very strange. You either had to have all the lights on or off which made it difficult to go to the loo in the night!

Nice room, clean, comfortable and staff were very helpful when needed.

Bathroom is extremely small, shower screen doesn’t go all the way back to the wall so the toilet would get saturated every time you have a shower, then you have to dry it before you want to use it. The fan didn’t work so we had to leave the bathroom door open every time we wanted to have a shower, and even then the mirror and mirror in the entry was completely fogged up. Reception hours aren’t ideal.
