Excellent rooms, comfort, help from staff. Close to Airport for early flights. Highly recommend

Hotel close to airport with shuttle .Clean room .Nice lobby ,nice breakfast. Bar in hotel is nice and people there is very helpful and polite.

i make reservattion on booking and price was 858 RMB with all cost they charge me 1000,48 RMB. Also need to upgrade my room because i ,m genius customer with lake view they dont do that. They close my windows because some security reson😂. They trying to speak English .

This hotel is one of the worst we have seen in Beijing so far. The staff is totally uninterested and not at all customer service oriented - we feel though they are not motivated and assume a management issue in this Hotel. Our room had several things not working properly (shower stains, Windows closed !!!! BIG NOGO, Aircon not working well and too hot. The food in the Italien restaurant was simply disgusting - the Pizza was soggy - no surprise it was cooked at 240 degrees and everyone knows that a Pizza oven should heat up to 430 degrees Celsius. Also they made one pizza at the time (took 10 minutes per pizza and soggy nevertheless !) and we had ordered 4 of them - so we had each a separate meal - that is a level of a 5 star hotel ? That is kidding !!!!! In the swimming pool the jacuzzi did not work, some of the tiles are coming off and one sharp piece of broken tile almost cut my foot when stepping on it by accident - the guard in the swimming pool was more concerned with his smart phone rather than willing to respond to a question from us. I mean i could go on and on - this is at best 3 star and when looking at the advertising of the Hotel then it is just a joke how the reality does NOT match the marketing. We also saw that the Hotel offers Massage -but we were told, that nobody is there to work. So, sorry to say - but this is an insult to 5 star category hotels anywhere in the world - and we happily provide the rating that this Hotel deserves.

Очень близко к аэропорту. Пешком 10 минут. Автобус мы не стали ждать, т.к. нам с 2-мя колясками удобнее было пешком. Есть WiFi, хороший вежливый персонал. Помогли по всем вопросам. По просьбе поставили в номер 2 детские кроватки.что для нас играло самое важное значение при выборе гостиницы ,т.к. мы останавливались с годовалыми близнецами. Отличный шведский стол. Все чисто, в номере был чай кофе и вода. При следующем перелете будем снова в этом отеле останавливаться

Mycket bra läge ca 10 min enkel och säker promenad från flygplatsen, incheckning är enkel och rummen är bekväma och rena. Personalen är neutral till trevlig. Restaurangerna har ett bra men kanske lite högt prissatt utbud (jämfört med Kina)

I det stora hela är det ett mycket bra alternativ fleecen transfer övernattning eller två. Det är flera som har svårt med engelska men jag kan å andra sidan ingen kinesiska. När jag var där åkte transferbussen bara dagtid och inte på sena kvällen.
