Excellent staff at check in, they were very accommodating and helpful on arrival - carried bags to room. Would give the staff a 10/10.

-The location is perfect. Right at Zlatni Rat and 18 min to Bol town (i found it a good daily exercise). - The staff is so professional. Gaby was always kind, helpful and replies to all my queries with attention to details. Highly appreciated Gaby! - The breakfast is great with fresh food and many healthy options. The restaurant is perfect too if you don’t want to go to the downtown. So many dishes to choose from and the staff is hospitable and quick and so knowledgeable about the menu. - The room is a perfect size. the housekeeping are doing an amazing job to keep it top notch every day and providing all fresh towels on daily basis. Kindly appreciated.

Amazing location right at the Zlatni Rat beach. The apartments are awesome with tons of room. Everything is newly remodeled, so it was very nice. Breakfast was good and staff were good. Most staff were exceptional.

The details for arrival were not clear. When I called the property from the gate, several posted phone numbers are old. I finally found a new number and the desk guy came quickly on the scooter to open the gate since it is in a pedestrian only area.

Phenomenal location - twenty metres to one of the best beaches in Croatia. Exceptional staff, met our every need - provided additional bed for our last-minute guest, allowed late check-out, sent the item we left behind in our room via ferry to our new destination. Absolute brilliance, 5+ stars to this hotel and their staff and customer service beyond our expectations.

TV was not working properly. Although good variety for breakfast, the bread was old.

The location was great. The friendly staff and room was comfortable. The beach is a paradise.

During Breakfast, much of the food was not fresh. Fruits were rotten.

Location was great for both the town of Bol - only 20 mins walk, and the Zlatni Rat Beach which was mins away. Gaby and Ivan, on reception, couldn't do enough for us. Free gin & tonic in reception- they are marketing their own brand gin, which was very nice and prepared beautifully by Gaby. If you have bags and wish to get a taxi from Bol, it is cheaper to book through the hotel, €15, than get one at the port - €25-€30. Room was huge - with a small bottle of bubbles on arrival that we enjoyed on the porch whilst sitting in our supersoft robes that were also included. Everyone was very friendly and I'd definitely recommend it.
