Excellent location. Very friendly staff who were prompt to respond to communication before we arrived and while there.
Hotel is a bit dated and decor is a bit drab. Breakfast was nothing exceptional.

Breakfast was very basic , better options for breakfast will be appreciated by guests.

practically had a self contained apartment with great facilities inc bath as most places removed the plugs so this was not an option
the staff at reception were knowledgeable and friendly
it’s was too hot but you can turn off radiator as required and windows open too so not an issue really

Great location - just a few blocks from 2 major bus stations. My room had a stove and refrigerator, was clean and comfortable. the free breakfast had excellent portions, and the owner was extremely friendly and kind.

Front desk the young man checking us in a certain arrogance,the pictures on website didn’t match.
