* Nice location, close to beach and all other amenities

* The check in time is 2PM, even there are free rooms, even staffs at reception, we have to wait in lobby, because it is their "principle" * The heating radiator of my room is at highest setting and I can not adjust. The whole room is like sauna. When I complained to staff in reception, other customer next to me said it is same in his room. The staff changed my room with normal heating radiator, but I am pretty sure they knew this problem before assigned the room to me. * We had early morning tour next day, I asked reception staff to prepare breakfast box for us, she told me to talk to the girl in dining room, then I told to the girl in dining room, at first, she told me to talk to girl at reception, then she noted my room number and the expected time. When we went to dining room next morning for breakfast box, staffs there had no idea, no breakfast box ready for us!

The hotel has a good location. The room had a good size. Breakfast was varied and had many alternatives to chose from.

The hotel is a bit rundowned. The rooms are outdated and the carpet definitely needs to be change, too old and not in good condition.

bad attitude staff. no resolution . profiling by nationality. BREAKFAST supposed to be included. Staff mentioned that restaurant will be close Sunday . Monday nothing available and they dont have nothing for us prepare for our departure tuesday even i mentioned we need to have something to our early departure nothing offer. Other words for this no breaskfast included what i should recommend this place when they dont even take care the clients

I loved the location, right on the Punta Arenas waterfront - good birding and very scenic! The staff were friendly and very helpful, assisting us with our multiple bookings and helping us print out critical documents for travel within Chile. I appreciated the in-house restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Having coffee and tea available outside dining hours was also much appreciated.
