Breakfast is not that great

location and facilities is why we went

poor overpriced food for dinner. breakfast was better water park closes too early and open too late, especially Children’s pool

Very poor sound isolation between rooms. Kid theme rooms in building 1 were remodeled from bike yoho rooms which are not as good as those kid theme in building 2.

The deck of the room is not that clean.

i like the view and the hospitality of the staff they where kindly accommodating our needs and although we have language barriers they really tried to communicate with me.

maybe the hotel was kinda old the facilities are not new and the cleanliness is not that good.

The staffs are good. The smile and greet us. The staff in the spa area is so nice he even start the engine to spa when we got ther even it's still early. Good breakfast also and they really comply with the hygiene protocol for corona virus not to spread.

Old hotel. It would be nice and perfect staycation if they will imporve the facilities. The hotel includes shuttle services with the fare amount but then when we came there and ask if they could help us reserve for the shuttle from the hotel to nanwan. They charge us 400NT each. Instead of 50NT$ based on the voucher they provided. What a scam. Good thing the driver is nice and polite. But the reception is not that good in instructing. Been hassled by the different instructions over the phone since they do not understand english. Poor hotels. Its not recommended if you dont know how to speak chinese.

The resort design is good, small and sweet. But, after many years...all pool need improvement and redesign to link all. The toilet near pool were terrible...

Parking exit too danger. Big sedan may spin, too danger.. Food service can be improved a lot. This Resort Hotel were many years. Should redecorate. (swimming pool, Spa, room...)
