Patio with trees and green.
Receptionist was very welcoming.
Possibility to park the car for free in a garage 5min away
The location is very dodgy at night, we arrived at midnight and there were a lot of weird people walking around and it didn’t feel very safe.
The bedroom was small and can certainly get hot in a warm weather. The bathroom was pretty dark as well

El concepto de sustentabilidad que envuelve al hotel, le da un toque especial y acogedor.
Las habitaciones son cómodas, los espacio comunes muy limpios, el desayuno es riquísimo y el acceso directo a la playa son sus puntos más destacados.
Volvería sin lugar a dudas.

Good location in the center of Arica.
Low shower pressure and no hot water. Doing work in the building so it was very noisy

Great security, clean rooms, good location
The hot water in the shower was so hot it was impossible to take a shower.

The bed was big and comfortable. There was AC so that was really nice to warm the room that was cold. The shower was hot!
The rooms are facing the interiors so we can hear poeple talking in the morning.
