The apartment is carefully and thoughtfully curated and spacious. Theo is an exceptional host who is so lovely & easy to communicate with. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location is ideal for both a business or leisure centered trip. I had booked this trip on behalf of my mother, and she continues to have only the best of things to say. I think we may have found her home away from home. If you're worried about security and have a vehicle, please know that access in and out of the complex is monitored and controlled. Our safety is definitely a priority for the security working there. Location is great and close to all amenities without being too close to the business and noise of an active suburb. Ubers are easy to catch, or you can take a 5min stroll to the nearest mall/ center.

The place is pretty clean and spacious. It has all the facilities necessary for your stay to be appreciable. It has good lighting and the upper TV room is very nice and comfortable.

The complex is within a gated community. There is construction so following GPS is a nightmare and the owner needs to update the directions. The gate remote is collected from a security guard a distance from the complex, so you have a lot of explaining to do. I almost forgot, you need to have money for a secret deposit and leave it with the security to get the remote. Access up to the unit is great. The unit does not have a good track record with the complex. We had a random person shouting and reprimanding us. I asked the elderly gentleman what the matter was and he said WE had been noisy the day prior (I was the night, that night). He outright said we must not use the amenities there because it is a "residential complex", referring to us as YOU PEOPLE. Yes... I am also thinking race. So we could not see the pool. In the morning we tidied up and left before time, making the owner aware. He said we could not get the deposit refund until someone checks the unit. That was 09:50 Tuesday morning, a holiday. At around 18:00 he confirmed that a towel had a blood spot and we had to wait for him to establish the cost of cleaning it. LOL. On Friday he said its R100 and will give us the refund soon. Two Mondays and multiple WhatsApp's later, I was told that the accounting lady had forgotten to clear the payment. Let me tell you. Nice place, just not worth the headache, buddy.

Clear directions on how to collect keys. The shower mechanism was very nice. Amply balcony space.

Advert said three living rooms and there was only a dining room and a sitting room. Not sure about the third one.
