the property itself is beautiful, surrounded by countryside, on site they have a pool, horses and plenty of places to relax the staff are so helpful and nice.

you are so far out you need to have a car, without this you are stuck. there are only 3 taxi’s in certaldo and they are never available. A five minute journey into town will cost you €15 each way so quickly adds up. that would be my only criticism.

great pool area with large pool and plenty of shade and sunny spots. spacious rooms with kitchenette and couch. comfortable bed.

as the horses are there many mosquitoes so can’t open windows of apartments.

It’s like a ghost place - no guests, no restaurant and no personnel

We came to Agriturismo La Canonica being a little bit afraid if it was a good choice for our vacation in Tuscany. On place we met very very kind, hospitable and helpful people. The week we have spent in Certaldo passed unfortunately too fast. We had a very comfortable apartment with a big terrace. We ate breakfasts and sometimes dinners on it. The swimming pool was very close to our apartment and it was a part of a very nice recreation area. Near our house there was also a horse farm what was very important for our daughter who took riding lessons every day. The trainer was very communicative so we felt always comfortable and safe while riding on the horses. One day we tried a tour on the horses on the hills near the agritourism and it was ne excellent and unforgettable experience. The hosts recommended us very good restaurants in Certaldo so we had the possibility to try a good Tuscany kitchen. It was a wonderful week in Tuscany. There was no Wifi in the rooms. It supposed to be working in the public areas, but it was slow and only in one little sport.

Swimming pool, fridge, free car parking, dog friendly, restaurant is not bad, wine is also ok

Far from the city, no hairdryer, no breakfast, awful "old" smell in the room, staff spoke "bad english", dog feces all around the lawn (2 dogs from the nearest farm), weird shower
