Absolutely nothing to like except maybe the nostalgia of it’s days as Hard Rock

It’s old and falling apart. Mildew is everywhere. The room should not have been given to us. Filthy, although the maid service did their best after we complained. No hot water!! Maintenance repeatedly tried to repair it with sorry reasons for the problem. They charged us better than $1600.00 for 5 nights and when we asked for another room, they were happy to change us to a smaller one without changing the price. The balcony had broken tiles. The shower glass wall leaked. The furniture was from when it was the Hard Rock Hotel. Half the building was closed. Everywhere you looked you saw signs of the building falling apart. The manager, Ricardo, is a real peace of work. He couldn’t do a worse job as the manager. The only good person was Carla, the concierge. Although she pulls no weight in getting things changed , especially monies reduced

Rooms need to be upgraded, room service or housekeeping never answers the phone. Room lighting is poor and were faulty. We got stuck in the elevator multiple times, going in the opposite direction.

The size of the room and the views. The breakfast was good too although half the size it used to be when it was Hard Rock.

It’s neglected, abandoned and many things are out of service, need repairs or need replacement. The breakfast buffet is half of what it used to be, the elevators run without the security fob, which means anyone can get into the building and use the facilities, things are inoperable in the gym, no towels, no wipes, lemon water days old, bathrooms are falling apart, equipment down, the Spa is closed, the rooftop is derelict, a smell of mildew in the hallways, I can go on, and on. What a shame; it is far from what it used to be; my first time back since it was Rockcafe!

Un lugar estupendo, el personal muy atento, muy bien ubicado. En general una excelente experiencia. Insuperable

La suite familiar debería especificar muy claro en la pre venta que es un sofá cama el que hay que armar y pedir colchón, y ropa de cama. El colchón existente muy malo. Debieron tener lista la habitación para el nro de personas de la reserva. El desayuno buffet regular.
