I loved the style of architecture. It was a very beautiful design and room was comfortable and clean.

Lots of mosquitoes and lizards, but that’s to be expected with the country.

Grounds were pretty. Staff was great and accommodating. I liked that coffee was ready by 5:45 AM--it was even poured for me! Felt very secure.

My ONE pet peeve is that the owner seems to like to mill around and talk to his staff in a loud, boomy voice. And at times he went on and on. We old folks like to nap and in the afternoon I had to give up. It happened again at about 9:30 at night. I realize the need to converse with staff, but (assuming nothing is wrong, and it sounded more like just shooting the breeze) away from the rooms, please, and at normal conversation level, not like talking to a deaf person!

loved the included breakfast it was really good and the staff was very kind and helpful. having Netflix in our room was really nice. it was also really private in a very congested area and even parking for guests

This property was very clean and they had back gate with extra easy access town. And I also enjoy the random family of iguanas that was on the property while I stay.

Great staff and great location

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Arco Iris and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. However, I found that my stay was not great value for money. Despite the satisfactory experience, the cost of the hotel was quite high compared to other options in the area. This was especially disappointing considering that the hotel did not offer any extra amenities or services to justify the higher cost. I felt that I could have received a similar experience at a lower cost had I chosen a different hotel. In conclusion, while I had a satisfactory stay at Hotel Arco Iris, I cannot recommend it due to the poor value for money. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area, there are likely better options available at a more affordable price.

The staff was kind and helpful! The breakfast was amazing. It was close to town but still quiet.

Staff was great, quaint, quiet location close to the restaurants, bars and the beach. Breakfast menu was limited, but really had something for everyone. Near the beach as well. Loved it and would absolutely return!

Our room was clean and well appointed. Daily breakfast was terrific: plenty of choices and cheerful, attentive service. Hotel staff was very helpful with arranging transportation and giving advice on what to do and where to visit.

Sorry to see the restaurant no longer serves dinner, only breakfast.

Quiet and peaceful away from the mayhem of the beach. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The pool was a great way to cool down after a hot day in the town and on the beach.
