Great location for the metro, food and drink and walking to sight seeing places. We were 4 adults and had plenty of room, it’s clean and tiff

The key situ- annoying. It’s a taxi ride away from the apartments which we didn’t realise until we started reading reviews on the way. 2 towels each would be good The glass windows needs cleaning so we can actually see out

The big kitchen was the best thing about this apartment. The apartment was very spacious and had a beautiful view.

The sofa in the living room was not so clean. It had dirty spots.

Centrally located with a parking garage

Use of the parking garage was expensive. The room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Checked in at 4:30 and arrived at 5 to a filthy room that hadn’t been touched since the last guests left. Was made to wait an additional hour and a half for our room to be cleaned and prepared. Once we were able to use the room, the couch smelled so bad we had to put a blanket over it to even consider sitting on it. No apologies or attempts to correct the errors were made. Just a nonchalant attitude of “oh well you’ll have to deal with it”. For the money, I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was helpful to have had a centralized staff who could communicate in good English to direct questions to before and during our stay. I liked the contemporary decor and convenient access to a Metro station, which are two of the main reasons why I chose this apartment.

I didn't like the fact that the apartment is at a different, not quickly walkable, location from the reception, which makes it inconvenient after check-in. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this issue while reviewing this accommodation (if I read a number of reviews more carefully before booking, I probably would have). When booking this accommodation, prospective guests need to factor an estimated 9 Euros or more and time to taxi (or take the Metro) over. There were a number of problems with our stay: 1. The front door is tricky to open. It took a number tries by several people to figure out how much to twist (very little) and push the door to get it to open. 2. Given that we had been awake for about 24 hours without sleep when arriving, it was really disappointing to have no towels in our room (this room was booked several months before, so no excuses for failing to do such a basic thing). We would have to wait until after 10 am the following morning before we could get the towels because the reception and our apartment were in two different locations, and no housekeeping services could be provided in the evening. We had a photoshoot scheduled at Casa Vicens the following morning, and fortunately, it was scheduled for 11 am, so we were barely able to get ready in time, factoring in transport and walking times. 3. For a 4-night stay for a family of 4, we were provided with 3 small rolls of toilet paper, which was barely enough for us to use while conserving. Although I had called to request an extra roll, it was not brought to us the following morning. 4. No paper towels were provided, which would have been helpful. For some reason, a number of apartments in Booking.com don't provide towels, which is a low-cost, high value thing to scrimp on. 5. Wireless Internet access didn't work. Our kids tried several times, and the instructions weren't very clear. 6.

Good enough apartment. Has washing machine, clean enough. Has towels for every guest (even for children), has soap and shampoo (which is not common for Barcelona), and even one-time toothbrush and toothpaste.

Check-in experience is bad (you need to go very far away from apartment to obtain keys). No kitchenware (like frying pan) to prepare a breakfast to yourself. No kitchenware to spend an evening with friends (like wine glasses).

Spent only one night. It was ok, value for money.

Coming to collect the keys from one place and then moving to another location by public transport with luggage is something I did not like.

The price was good. 2 bedrooms 2 baths, worked for my group. I could see how for business travel it could be a good space, the kitchen is good and washer but the internet was poor. The sheets were crisp and clean.

The way I had to collect keys which was 25 mins by car from the actual accommodation location and this was not even mentioned at the time of booking. There was constructions happening just below the apartment it was extremely noisy and I couldn’t do my work nor sleep and this was not informed by the apartment before or even after I checked in. considering the high price of this apartment I would have guessed it will be more professional than this. when I informed them regarding the noise of construction they just ignored my message

the sofa was a bit used. you can't sleep on it il look uncomfortable It takes more than a week for them to refund your deposit.

Location is very good, lots of different shop around and restaurants.

the furniture is already old, it needs repairs in the property, there was not even a kettle to make tea, the safe was broken and it took 3 days to wait for the master to come. In the photo everything looks much better than in reality. Internet is weak.

TERRIBLE internet and some lights didn’t work properly

Many problems occurred throughout our stay, starting from the very first interaction we had with the members of staff at reception on day 1. They charged more money on arrival (City tax fine but they charged additional fees on top of that). They refused to acknowledge their mistakes, no accountability for lack of cleanliness. Very difficult to communicate with. Waited until we left the apartment to respond to our complaint so they could try and find a way to not compensate. Bathroom had feeces (poo stains), bedroom was full of dust / nothing felt clean. There were cockroaches appearing under the bed, they had not cleared previous items from guests, leaving them under the beds.

staffs were nice

very bad WiFi and if you look under the bed sheets, the bed itself is yellow. and the bed has wheel, which I don't know why and it moves whenever we lay down. the lightings were really and as well.
