The apartment is very comfortable, clean and spacious with nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine and everything you may need. It is situated right near Catalonia Square close to many attractions and to where the bus to the airport stops. The host is great. Highly recommend!

the double bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel every spring in the mattress. I was also bitten several times during the night, so perhaps a deep clean is needed.

The location was excellent. The property well equipped and clean.

Communication with the property operators was difficult. There were problems with the internet which were hard to resolve and took a lot of time. If something major happened like a water pipe burst I have little confidence the owners could be contacted quickly. Texts were impossible to send for some reason. Phone calls were unanswered and emails slow.

We loved the apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location down a lovely street with little shops, restaurants and bars and just over 5 minutes walk to La Ramblas. When we arrived we were met outside and taken inside. The owner was very friendly and efficient. The apartment can be a bit tricky to find but is at the end of the street tucked away in a little corner. The beds were so comfortable and the window shutters were excellent blocking out light and noise. We loved sitting outside on the little balcony inside the lounge and watch everything outside. We had a couple of minor issues and contacted the owner who responded immediately and came over to sort straight away. The cleaner came midweek and changed the towels etc and was lovely.

The kitchen utensils are sparse and could do with more than 2 large pans and no small ones. There were frying pans. There was nothing to cook food in for the microwave at all. A jug would’ve been helpful. Not the owners/apartments fault at all but it can be a bit noisy around 11pm -midnight as the bins are emptied outside from the restaurant opposite and the shops etc. It wouldn’t stop us staying here though. Light sleepers may need ear plugs but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in a busy area.

Superb location to Old Town & Aerobus to Airport (5 mins walk, 30 mins journey). asked for earlier check in & a quiet room, all granted by Maria. Spacious 50sqm for 2 people. Everything works in the Apt though bed was a tad hard. Good value!

Furniture & decor looked outdated. Good outside sound proofing with shutters, thick & dark curtains. But poor interior sound proofing from corridor & upstairs Apt. No frying pan, oil, pepper & salt. Very small TV & only one mirror in whole Apt.! should have one more mirror so man & woman need not fight over one mirror in the morning rush hour.

Well equipped apartment with plenty of space. The staff was flexible and responsive.

The apartment was next to management's office and the walls are thin, so you can easily hear them in the mornings. Management also smokes indoors and so the smells permeates into the apartment too. Generally, the area is very loud at all hours, both outside and inside the building.
