Great location near to La Rambla main street and Universitat metro station, plus easy access for Aerobus to and from the airport. Apartment was a lovely size, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Spacious setting with nice balcony. Plenty of room for 4+. Decorated very well. Temp control worked well. We were not there much throughout the day. Beds were comfy. We were two couples and the two separate bathrooms was a plus.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. Very easy to get everywhere. Spacious, with a nice large balcony. Really a super apartment with all you need. No hesitation in returning there.

I liked how spacious it was and the location. It is nicely decorated and the host gave us good tips on where to go out for dinner.

We were not told that we needed to pay one part in cash if this was said before we would have been ready to pay that part in cash. At the end, the host made an exception for us which was nice from him. In addition to this, the sink from one of the bathrooms was broken and had an unpleasant smell.

The apartment was nice and big. It was clean and has good air conditioning. The terrace is a great addition and is in walking distance to all the main parts of Barcelona. It is opposite an Aldi which is very handy and has some nice cafes and bars just on the door step.

Everything was good. Just a few minor things to improve: - a bit of chemical smell from one of the bathrooms - no shampoo & shower gel

The apartment is all renovated, clean, spacious, and with everything you need to spent your holidays in Barcelona.

The apartment is huge and really well located. You can walk to most of the major sites within 20-30 mins or the nearest metro is only 10 mins walk away. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was very clean. There is a Aldi opposite which was also super convenient. As the apartment looks out over the centre of the block there is next to no street noise and nothing to speak of from other apartments either. Some others have commented that the owner doesn't speak English but we had no problem with that on arrival and she was helpful and friendly. Also great communication before and during our stay.

It wasn't a problem for us but the apartment is on the seventh floor and you really need to take the lift up to it especially with luggage. I don't think this is mentioned in the description. The lift is perfectly fine but rather small and old fashioned so the apartment might not suit those who aren't keen on lifts.

Everything we liked as information was true about the apartment. Location and ALDI store opposite the apartment building made it super easy. Restaurants, and central street La Ramblas was walkable. Overall a very good place to be at.

Owner should learn some English. Or alternatively, use some printed process to explain about the apartment.

Great central location, in a quiet neighbourhood. There were views of Tibidabo and la Sagrada Familia from the balcony. We found some fantastic restaurants nearby, as well as a bakery, and there is even a supermarket across the street. We were within a reasonable walking distance of Placa Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, Espanya and more. The metro was even closer, with only three stops to la Sagrada and the funicular to Montjuic and the Miro museum. The apartment was beautifully clean, with two bathrooms and three large bedrooms, and a big, light, brand new kitchen with top of the range appliances, including a dishwasher. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful property a few blocks from the plaza universitat. Could walk to most destinations. The apartment also had everything we needed, including very fast wifi.

Overall the apartment was terrific. If I had to not pick, a dryer would have been nice.

Location is just superb. 15 minutes walk to Pl Catalunya and to La Pedrera, 30 mns walk to Pl Espanya . I would not use the word "luxury" when describing the property))) But the apartment is really huge compared to what one would usually get in BCN (I have been to BCN about 9 times now so I have got quite a comparative base). The kitchen-living room is really big. There are 4(!) bedrooms fitting 7 adults. There is a spacious balcony, which can fit up to 6 people. Although the view is at the inner side of the quarter - not a lot of fun, still you can see Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo temple from the balcony because it's actually on the 8th floor)))

It would be more convenient if the host spoke at least some English. We had certain issues caused by that. But everything sorted out nicely eventually.
