Location is nice (not too far, not too close to the centre), and safe. Plenty of options in the area, regarding food and drinks. Supermarket really close. The apartment was nice and clean. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Rooms and living room are quite spacious. Suitable for four people, with a luggage each. Street noise doesn't affect the rooms. Some noise from the building is expected, but nothing bothersome. Bathrooms were spacious, waterfall shower is always a plus, towel heater is great, and hot water was constantly available. There was also a small balcony, but does not fit chairs.

Minor details. Kitchen could do with some items such as sponge and dishwash liquid for the cups and plates (not really efficient to use the dishwasher for a couple of cups, although I understand the hygiene part), toilet rolls and bin bags were insufficient (although provided when requested), could use a few more clothing hangers, and cleaning service is not provided, even though we stayed for six nights. Airconditioning might be a bit of an issue, as it is a central unit, but we didn't use it to know for sure. Lastly, as with most bathrooms without windows, moisture can be a bit of an issue. Not the end of the world though.

Super easy communication via WhApp. We arranged an arrival time and a very nice lady met us at the office, right next door to the apartment. We were very early but we’re allowed to store our luggage in the apartment while it was still getting cleaned. The apartment is spacious, stylish, clean and beds, linen, towels were new and fresh. The location is fab, the view into a little surrounded by bars, cafés, restaurants, shops is lovely and convenient. It get’s a bit busy at the weekends when people come for a drink at the downstairs restaurant but we just went downstairs ourselves :) And closing the windows really shuts out the noise entirely and there is aircon for ventilation. We enjoyed the view of the little square downstairs immensely, sitting comfy with our drinks in the little balcony. Fab was that the Sant Antoni Market is literally 4 min walk away and that it’s possible to walk to Pl. Catalunya within 15-20 min.

More a nice to have than a didn’t like: a few more basics in the kitchen. We like to cook and essentials like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar don’t cost a lot to supply. A sieve, a salad bowl would have been handy. Again the noise level on weekends downstairs is something to regard if you don’t like sleeping with aircon so for families traveling with little kids wanting to have fresh air at night it’s not ideal. However closing the windows really shuts out the sound of people chatting downstairs and we found it quite soothing. There are windows towards the back of the apartment so you can make do with cracking these, too.

They take a €200 ‘deposit’. I was told this money would just be held and not taken off my card. I noticed it was infact taken from my account. It took over 2 weeks to get this back and I had to chase this twice, got no apology either time! I was refunded in full but just beware of this!

We were family of 3 adults and we stay for 3 nights. The toiletries were only 2 small containers of shower gel, may be 25 ml each. We had to open the hot water for 10 minutes before to have a warm shower and after 2 people had a short shower the water become freezing cold. Didn't like the idea to pay a deposit of £200, they said it was on hold instead it come out from the bank account and we had the refund after 2 days after we left.
