the tranquil atmosphere, layout, decor, space and facilities.
a little bit dusty because of the carpet.

The room was spacious, clean and the room facilities were great. The front desk staff were really helpful and the breakfast serving staff (Gordon) was really helpful and friendly.
the food menu wasn’t up to date and food and drink generally took a really long time to be served.

Immediately after check-in we found hairs in the bed and in the towels...
-We went for a 2,5 hour dinner at restaurant Ocean's but the room was not cleaned during that time (while we specifically put 'please clean my room' on the door).
