Peppercorn Cottage is authentic but well appointed and very comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine, dip and biscuits on arrival was a sweet touch and greatly appreciated. It was great to find dog friendly accommodation with a fenced yard in a quiet location. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing break.

The property was clean and well equipped, and our host left us an unexpected surprise of a bottle of wine, dip and crackers. Close to Echuca town centre and easy for venue courtesy bus's to find. Overall and very enjoyable weekend

I cannot recommend our first experience at taking our dogs on holiday enough, it’s was exceptional! We had the most fabulous time, our hosts went above and beyond! from being allowed to check in early to a warm house with everything provided, so close to town, so quiet, I have not one complaint! Four adults and two 10 month old labradoodles! Comfy beds, couches, plenty of hot water and puppies loved their enclosed yard, as my dogs are outside dogs and slept in their beds outside our bedroom window as good as gold! We were close to lovely walking tracks for us and the dogs, I really was super happy! Echuca is super dog friendly 😀 We took our puppies into shops, on the paddle steamer, pub lunch and on the way home 5 star restaurant at Moodemere Winery this made our holiday easy and practical. So totally recommend we will be back for a longer stay next time thank you again ❤️❤️

We arrived to a very cold house. The air con was thoughtfully on for our arrival and the heater in bedroom. The air con was just not functioning and doesn't heat. If i may suggest to the owners that a simple cleaning of the filters will probably fix this issue and work very well. Also smoke was filtering into the house from outside when neighbor's lit their fires in the evening. A little bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed a lot two days visiting the area ect.

Lovely property

This beautiful home is located in a peaceful spot but walking distance to the main street. Our dogs loved exploring the secure yard and we loved the rustic style of the place.

Our stay was a relaxing and comfy time.Deirdre left a welcome wine/nibbles. The ppty was very secure for our two small fur babies too. Highly recommend.

Pepper Tree cottage provided a great base for exploring Echuca and the region. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. And it was close enough to Echuca’s Main Street for us to sample from the many excellent cafes and restaurants. The pretty secure garden made me wish I had brought my dog. We can certainly recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in the region.

Wonderful space for a weekend getaway — walk to beautiful Old Quebec shops, restaurants, patisseries, etc. Rental had everything we needed to make us feel right at home! Dany was responsive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful both in preparation for and after our stay. Definitely recommend!

Communication was excellent, everything was easy and comfortable. The little touches made us feel very welcome including the welcome snacks and wine, but also the coffee pod machine and well equiped kitchen meant we were able to settle in easily with just a small shop for food. The property was exactly what we hoped for in a historic river town. Great place to stay

Peppercorn Cottage is comfortable and has such a relaxed holiday feel. Deidre was so kind to me and my family making us feel truly welcome. The air conditioning was left on for us upon our arrival and a complimentary bottle of wine waiting in the fridge as well as crackers on the kitchen table. You’re a gem Deidre. Your home is lovely, spacious, clean and tidy. You made our Echuca stay most enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Peppercorn Cottage was clean, comfortable and very inviting! We had a wonderful couple of days in Echuca! The bottle of wine and dip & biscuits were a nice treat! Being pet friendly was also a plus! Thanks Deidre for a nice break in your home!

Loved the character in this property but also appreciated the mod cons. Comfortable beds and effective heating made for very cosy nights - but children always wake far too early, particularly when there is an interesting cubby house to explore. Great house for a family holiday!

I would recommend peppercorn Cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay in Echuca. If I return, I will bring a bicycle to work off some of the extra kgs that can be put on with all the wonderful food choices in Echuca. Dieds is a great host. 🙂🙂
