Very spacious apartment, nice terrace and great location

No wifi in the rooms (as mentioned in the description) and checkin could be improved

Location was good. Easy to take the mare mare bus to different beaches and to get to all kinds of restaurants. We arrived early , it was nice that we could leave our stuff in another room for a while and change clothing.

The apartment really needs an upgrade. It it extremely basic and does not appeal very clean. Our apartment supposed to have a balcony but there was not. It’s a pity that there is no wifi in the apartment. All in all, it did not provide a comfortable feeling.

We were traveling throughout Sardenia with two kids, staying at various hotels and appartments and Juniperus was definitelly the worst one. The quality of the apartment was really low and it was unclean. Very old, cheap, worn out furniture. Airconditioning unit just in one room which was not capable to cool down the whole apartment. There was a problem with electicity which was going off severall times per day when the airconditioning was on. The manager was not willing to fix it and he instructed us about the electic switch outside of the building which we had to swich on again literally every hour. There was no balcony described in the offer - just a small table on an exterior staircase just oposite the doors to another apartment. Appartment much smaller than 40 square meters described in the offer. Eventually we were moved to another apartmetnt which was even smaller, however at least the electricity was working. Very unpleasant memories

Spacious, Comfortable

Alessio was very welcoming when we arrived and incredibly helpful when we had some difficulties and challenges to overcome. Apartment had two double bedrooms and a spacious living room with sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen. We had two balconies, one with sofas and coffee table and one very spacious with dining areas, sun loungers and laundry room. A/C individually controlled in every room. 10- 15 min walk to beach on safe footpaths.

Localization.

The house didn’t have conditions to 5 people. The bath just have hot water for 1 shower and the door was broken. The balcony was transformed into a room that had no electricity and blinds, which did not give privacy and in the morning a lot of light. The bunk bed ladder fell off.
