Staff very nice and helpful

Nice hotel and good for ski which has area for beginner to advance level. Breakfast and buffet dinner was good.

Room a bit too small. No bigger room for family.

Fantastic location and excellent set up for skiing, including service, ski rental and lockers.

Location was excellent for ski in/out. Fantastic set up with lockers on GF where you come in from a days skiing, provided for you to store skis, etc. wonderful having the Onsen which we frequented each morning and afternoon. We ate at various restaurants in the hotel and the food and service was excellent.

It would have been good for some restaurants to have a la carte instead of just set menus.

Do not use booking com, call hotel directly... no phone support

Nothing... staff was not helpful... get the run around... manager was no where to be found

Get the run around to get my refund because the hotel said they did not get paid by booking.com and cancel our reservation. Hotel staff ask me to call booking.com for refund and guess what... booking.com sent me back to the hotel...

It’s the most convenient hotel for skiing but if you don’t ski, the town is a bit boring and very cold.

The ski school staffs are very nice. Our coach Aki is lovely, thank you, you made us want to ski more.

The food is very so so and very expensive. Understand it’s due to the crab legs and sashimi sushi, but for winter, not everyone can take such cold food and rests are very bad quality.

Our reservation for the Italian restaurant was cancelled by the hotel because of a Rotary meeting.

Relax and peaceful environment

The hotel is quite isolated in a quiet, peaceful and beautful environment, yet still easily assessible with our rental car and not too far from the famous attractions. Rooms and cacilities are clean and well managed.

Not much to complain about.

Happy Singaporean couple on 1st trip to Japan (Osaka > Sapporo > Furano > Otaru > Hakodate > Tokyo)

Ambience, Superb view, mental relaxation Special mention goes to the few lady Reception Staffs who professionally check us in and took extra attention to ensure my pre-purchased Shinkansen tickets (Hakodate Hokuto > Tokyo on 18 May 2023) were dutifully delivered to the hotel. kudos for the fine efforts. keep it up and we will be back soon

Small room, old. Have to bring towels to onsen. Only 1 set. French dinner - too little food & expensive.
