Reception staffs were not helpful specially the Philippino lady, we requested for a late check out and she directly denied and told us to pay. Even we are repeated guest to their hotel which she didn't concern and treated like she don't wanna help us. Even I agreed to pay for half day and and requested to allow us to check out qt 7 pm. She denied and said 5.00 pm strictly. Dear Hotel team, Please always be flexible with guests and check the history about us. We choose your hotel repeatedly since its like our second home to rest ourself and its easy to access our work place. I hope I'll get a call from you guys to sort this out.

Staffs are really nice and accommodating. The rooms are neat and clean. Almost everything you need is availble for ur stay.

The parking not up to the level of the good service provided. It is narrow and limited. The hotel can not confirm your parking spot availability. I believe it is a result of the design of the building and the management of the hotel cannot do anything about it and it’s not their fault.

the room we stayed in was far below expectations, it has nothing to do with the pictures in the description. 4 families were accommodated, only one got an ok room. the advantage was that we had 2 bathrooms. otherwise, a musty smell in the room made you want to leave, we had to ask for linen for the sofa, even though we specified when we made the reservation that we were 3 people. In the bathroom, the water did not drain from the floor so that after 2 days, there was a small puddle on the floor. I regret that I stayed at this hotel, I will never return!!

The property was very clean and only a 15-20 minute taxi ride to main attractions . Was very good value for money I highly recommend. the rooftop pool was at a perfect temperature and I loved the hot spa !
